Ordered match! Specifically asked for oat milk cause can’t have milk. And guess what they put regular milk, had a reaction and my body reacted. Their barista who made it should get fired for that. You can’t make that kind of mistake for people who have allergies. Risked my life because a person messed up my order.

disappointment! used to go here all the time. today the girl working was very unfriendly, refused to use the free drink with my rewards card. made me a terribly sweet matcha. I asked to redo the drink and she made me a coffee, for which I paid $15 (12oz) in total. I am very disappointed with the service and attitude towards customers, especially considering that we used to buy a lot of food and drinks….

Second time giving this location a try and it seem’s like they are always out of something which is why my drink didn’t have the strawberry foam and was substituted with the strawberry at the bottom. Also the lid didn’t even have a hole to punch my straw through and the girls there didn’t even mention they were out of the normal lids. Very disappointed with the whole experience today on top of it being spendy.
One of the best places I've found to buy a really good matcha latte, especially if you are interested in seasonal fun flavors.

Such a cute coffee shop! Saw Presso on Tik Tok and was so impressed by their selection of unique drinks. The place was very modern and cute. Friendly staff and good overall vibe. You can definitely tell the food is of good quality. I also appreciate the accommodation of substitution options! So many alternative milks, alternative breads, even vegan options One mention, the service does take long, but watching the baristas make my drink, there’s so many steps and cold foam, I don’t mind! I definitely recommend Presso if you’re looking for a place to work, hangout, or enjoy good food and a really yummy drink.

My visit to Presso was so bad I feel obligated to say something. Right from the start, one of the employees a young woman with brown hair, (I heard someone address her as olga) was so unbelievably rude. She gave me a dirty look the moment I walked in, like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. When I asked a simple question, she called me “hun” in the most sarcastic, snotty tone imaginable. It was clear she had zero interest in providing decent customer service. She walked around like she was too good for everyone else completely entitled, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. It was uncomfortable and frankly, infuriating. As bad as the attitude was, the condition of the place was even worse. When I went to use the restroom, I had a clear view into the back room where they prepare food and it was disgusting. The kitchen area was a total mess!!Clutter everywhere, dirty surfaces, and not even close to food-safe standards. I saw someone handling food with bare hands, no gloves, and no hair covering. The whole area looked neglected and unhygienic. To top it off, flies were buzzing around near the counter not just one or two, but several. It made me seriously question how this place is passing health inspections. Between the rude staff and the filthy kitchen, this was one of the worst café experiences I’ve ever had. I won’t be back, and I’d strongly recommend others think twice before eating or drinking anything from this place.
