I really enjoy Rakuzen! It's a bit out of the way for me (I live in Hazel Dell), so I don't get to come as often as I'd like. But whenever my husband and I are in the area it's always a nice treat! Their broth is light, but still creamy and flavorful. The regular noodles have a little chew to them which I really enjoy, but their vegan noodles weren't really to my taste. They had a nice flavor, but they were much too soft for me. Once you started chewing...
We came this afternoon to get a late lunch. It’s one of our favorite places for Ramen! Today you should give a shout out to Jender! He had 10 tables going at once, always had a calming smile on his face and really deserves a high five from his team! It’s hard to find good employees and ones who are the face of your business that do such a great job! I hope you know how lucky you are to have him! 🙌💪
Wanted some ramen and Kenji was under renovations so tried this place out. The lady working there was very nice and the food came out hot and clean. I had a spicy creamy veggie bowl and it was quite good. I particularly enjoyed the sliced shitake mushrooms and the grilled Brussels sprout halves. I would definitely eat here again!
