Externally rude service ! I’m a dasher and I went to go pick up an order and the lady there was extremely rude when I walked in and went to the counter to pick up an order and she right away yelled at me for being at the counter then she gave me the wrong order and yelled at me when I went to give it back to her telling her it’s the wrong order and wrong name that I asked for and starts yelling at me for touching it! Most disrespectful person I’ve came across just picking up an order. Would not recommend going there since you Will get yelled at for something stupid or for nothing at all because she’s rude. Don’t eat there either you won’t get good service just a bad attitude and disrespect .

Our server, Nana, provided the most friendly and welcoming service! We ordered bacon enoki, cucumber salad, grilled squid, spicy miso ramen, and tonkotsu ramen (added spice). We enjoyed the flavors and will certainly be back.
Finally had a chance to try this place out and wasn’t expecting much so didn’t leave too disappointed or surprised. Came specifically to try out their ramen so this review is solely for that. We ordered tonkotsu, miso, and shoyu (soy sauce) ramen. It wasn’t super flavorful and lacked umami. If you’re looking for authentic Japanese ramen this place ain’t it. This place seems to be more a Chinese fusion ramen joint so the flavors leaned more towards Chinese cuisine and flavor. Not a bad thing, just different from traditional ramen. Might try other menu items, but will stick with Rakuzen Ramen instead for an actual bowl of noodles.

Their service was ABOVE and BEYOND!! The kindest, most accommodating experience I have ever had! They made me the most delicious plate of food that fit my dietary restrictions at the time! Will be back :) my partner had the ramen and really enjoyed it too!!!

I'm a ramen head. I've eaten ramen all over the world. This is by far the best I've had in the PNW. By far. Spicy miso and garlic tonkotsu are fire. If you like ramen. Don't bother anywhere else. Trust me. Oh and the restaurant is beautiful.

Very rude behavior from the waitress towards delivery drivers. She is rude and loud, asked me to sit in front of the door. She would not deliver the food to me, she leaves it at the table and when I asked if this order was for the client, she again shouts at me.
