My household has been going to round table every week for 10+ years and now Round Table has now switched over to a call center to order over the phone. They are extremely robotic and unpersonable. They are always ALWAYS wrong when estimating the time to pick up your order. And their updating tactics are clearly scripted. I was just asked if I wanted bread sticks…when I already ordered some. For Round Table being as expensive as it is ($60/week for a whole year is roughly $3200) this new business model is ridiculous. I’m trying to order pizza not call Comcast. Call centers SUCK!

I just tried to place an order for one large pepperoni pizza and they told me the total was gonna be $30! I promptly hung up and went to one of their competitors nearby, where the price was $17. I will never be ordering from roundtable pizza again

The food was amazing ! Please try the appetizer platter it was really good.. it's one of the best round table pizzas I've ever been to. Top it off they even had Santa there to take pictures with the kids . The workers were all so friendly.
Really friendly staff great for events or meetings, best pizza in town...( My wife and her group of friends say) I think it's great pizza with fresh ingredients and well made.

Wow this place has gone down hill. Used to have a great buffet for lunch. workers explain heating system doesn't keep up with maintaining temperatures kitchen appliances out in the dinning area not sure if it's being managed properly....

Disappointing experience. Roof leaking on table, food never arrived and I left after waiting more than an hour. When I asked about the food the cashier just shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know.

Too many games and not enough seating. Service SUCKED tonight and averaged 1.5hr. Order->Table and others that came before us got their food way earlier. Friend found something nasty in their pizza. Amenities by soda not kept stocked. Tables in our reserved room were never once bussed, no one checked on us. Runner “Stin” was only thing functioning and properly serving food as best as he could so thank you Stin! Will definitely not be returning. Pathetic service for a Wednesday night/booked room reservation.
