I brought my wife and kid to grab some boba for all of us. First time there. No line. We walked and we stared at the menu while the employees talked to each other. They didn't offer much product knowledge to the customer. Wasn't to excited about their customer service. With so many options I asked for a sample but they did not accommodate. This proves that all their teas are made from powder and not freshly brewed like the other shops I've visited. Instead of all of us getting each a drink I just bought my kid something and bounced.

Worst customer service ever. Tell me why the lady was on their phone texting right in front of you instead of taking your order. That was just plain rude. But this comment won’t change anything bc y’all don’t do anything to improve and you guys are just gonna say “oh don’t come back to our store then” we’ll it’s the closest one.

The store is small but great to grab a quick boba after eating. If you don’t really mind white-washed boba then this is pretty good. Boba texture is chewy but not overcooked. Their fruit teas are pretty solid, but I generally ascend into heaven with any fruit tea. It’s kind of hard to f up fruit teas. The workers look a bit tired and dreary so I hope management treats them well. Wish it was more nice to stay and study in. It looks like a modern prison lounge.
