Terrible customer service. Treats customers badly, no compassion, no imagination, strictly by the book, no human connection to customers, not empowered to be creative problem solvers. General distain towards customers, especially the evening workers.

One star because of their reputation and expensive coffee. The coffee is good, don't get me wrong. This is Safeway in Camas Starbucks. Nothing personal against the employees either. Mainly it's the company.

Parking: It's a Safeway parking lot. I go there mainly to by Safeway brand coffee. I go there to grab quick groceries. Was harassed by young kids in the store acting obnoxious. They were doing those ambush phone videos acting stupid. Kinda makes me not want to shop there if Safeway allows this harassment. I think the lady manager went after them while they chased each other through the store. I was tired from working all day and was not in the mood for those kids games.

Employee Lied about the size of my drink and gave me stale lemon loaf. Girl gave me a tall when I ordered a grande. I usually don't make a fuss. But with higher prices and this poor service. I wasted over $11. Will not be returning.

Stopped here today, solo employee, so ordering and getting coffee took a bit longer, but she was nice, didn’t seem stressed and my order was correct. Love their “been” there coffee mugs, and love the new holiday cup colors.
