The girl making our sandwiches was not very pleasant. Tomatoes and lettuce looked old and I barely had turkey on my dry bread. Tried giving Subway another chance but again disappointed.
We came in a group of 6 people and I guess we overwhelmed the worker? His name was Max, he got confused o one of the sandwiches and when I tell him he got mad. I guess you can expect that from a young teenager but he should work on his customer service skills.
UPDATE: I submitted a complaint through the national subway website, and immediately the operations manager, for the store reached out to me, and the issue was quickly dealt with. I was thrilled with the quickness of the response, and the apology I was offered for my experience there, so I have amended my review because I know that going forward things will be different at this store.Subway is Subway, you know what you’re getting as far as the food goes but my experience at...
