We came in a group of 6 people and I guess we overwhelmed the worker? His name was Max, he got confused o one of the sandwiches and when I tell him he got mad. I guess you can expect that from a young teenager but he should work on his customer service skills.
UPDATE: I submitted a complaint through the national subway website, and immediately the operations manager, for the store reached out to me, and the issue was quickly dealt with. Just a typical run-of-the-mill Subway. The eating area is quite small as compared to other locations. But is kept very clean. Table tops are always wiped, chairs tucked in and floors clean. The staff seems to be on a revolving door so sandwich consistency is a roll of the dice. Sometimes my sandwich is picture perfect and sometimes my dog won’t even touch a sandwich oozing and dripping in mayonnaise.
