I’ve lived in camas Washougal my entire life and I’ve never had such a horrible experience at this taco bell. I’ve never gotten the correct food. Never any meat on any of the things I ordered, looks like it was thrown up in the air and landed on the table and they packaged it up. The last 5 times I’ve been here I never got 1 correct item, and the line was 45 min + to reorder (standing in line behind all the other people who had their orders messed up)

For the second time in two weeks. Tacos were skimpy, just no consistency to the product. The biggest issue.? The crispitos. They didn't change the oil in the fryer.. the oil is rancid. It happens but twice in two weeks? No way. That means they didn't change it out. They left a horrible aftertaste, amazingly vile. Both times they rescued into another drawer and produced edible ones. Not great, but digestible. Avoid. There is a great hamburger stand across the street however. Perfect onion rings!

If you go into the restaurant, you have to order and pay from an automated screen. I’m sure this is considered an improvement. I did not think so.

The food was bust, however… The Baja blast was CLEAR. Literal water, ruined my night. + freaky guy tried flirting by asking me to buy him food and followed it up with him asking my number, annoying teenage boys making weird noises at their table. Not coming back at 11 pm ever again

I visit around 14 taco bell in the counties near here every week, and this is something I hope you’ll become aware of - you are the worst one. Please, for the love of everything great Taco Bell stands for, pay the guy doing inside orders more and ask him to do more than one order every 33 minutes PLEASE. I asked the drive through why they won’t help him and he needs help to increase this speed and they just shrugged. It’s been like this for months, I was in at the end of December and had the exact same experience again at the end of Feb. please pay him more and explain that it’s very important to do more than one order ticket every half hour. Please don’t fire or be rude to him. Raise his pay and maybe add a bonus of per item order completion he can accumulate throughout his work hours to get paid an incentive to stop taking 30 minutes or more for each ticket. Raise his pay till he performs the job closer to what we get at every other Taco Bell in or and wa. Please. PleASE HELP him. It’s absolutely torture to order or pick up orders when he’s on the line. Please. I am begging you. He deserves more pay and an incentive to do the work.

I ordered a supreme box without dairy (specifying no cheese or sour cream), and I got a box that had different items in it and had sour cream in one of the items with a side cup of cheese. I didn't notice until I got back to work but I think I got someone else's order. The guy in the drive-thru window was talking to another employee at the time so I don't think he was paying attention. But the order was fast and not many places were open at midnight.

This place has idiotic policies. I was picking up an app order and Uber order at the same time, and they let me get the app order through the drive thru, but made me come inside to pick up the uber order. Once inside, they acted like i didn't exist, and hadn't even started the Uber order even though they knew i was there. they were instead working on a different order and made me wait while the other food got cold. Why waste my time? What was the point? why couldn't you make both at the same time? Idiot workers, i swear. One lady in the back was slowly counting chips one by one. Make it make sense.

I feel like this taco bell is required to punch all burritos before serving them. Every time I've been here at least one of my burritos is either flat as hell or smashed like this with its contents spilling out.

These guys were understaffed, but working hard. Had a tasty nacho bell grande. Hope they are paying these folks enough. They need at least another person to keep the eating area clean

The third star is for the staff. They’re always friendly and helpful. But I’d really like to give this place two stars. The food isn’t bad but the wait is longer than a sit down restaurant. Management needs to add more employees to the schedule, especially during peak hours.
