Restaurant and the people were very nice! We had the Papaya Salad, Lao style, and the Tom Kha soup. Both were excellent! My first time there, my sister goes there often, and I will definitely be going again! Do yourself a favor and dine there! You be happy 😃

If I could actually rate this place 6 stars, I would. Because its more than the usual 5 stars I give places.
It's hard for a restaurant to get the right people into the right positions to all come together and deliver this type of experience. Everyone has to care and dutifully carry out their role, executing each and every time. This place has all of that going for it. I was genuinely impressed and glad I stopped here.

Tai food was not great. Maybe a B- or C+. Given it is new, willing to give it a inside dining experience. Hoping for better.

We just got an order from this restaurant from Uber Eats, our driver forgot our drinks but Thai Bloom had them ready for us when we picked them up. They had already called uber and let them know the issue. The food was phenomenal, the curries ans rice were cooked to perfection and our drinks where also fantastic. Would recommend them 10/10.

We tried Thai Bloom for the first time tonight. I would say it was ok food. The flavors were bland, and everything we ordered for takeout that was fried, from the spring rolls to the calamari, was a soggy mess by the time I got the food home (I live 10 minutes away, so this shouldn't have been a problem). I don't think their oil was nearly hot enough to properly fry anything...maybe their kitchen was just having an off night.
The flavors were ok, but not anything like the glowing reviews I've seen for this place.
You need to ask for about one or two levels of spicy past what you think you'll need. I asked for medium heat on my wife's dish and mine, and there was essentially zero heat to any of it. All in all, there was just very little flavor to any of the dishes we ordered.
The staff were friendly, and I'm sure by their demeanor the sit-down service would be great.
Don't let the photographs on the online menu fool you: the pictures give you the impression of very small dishes, but in reality the portion sizes are excellent and plentiful.
The prices are very high for what you're getting. Given the issues with the under-cooked, soggy fried foods and the exorbitant prices for some of the dishes, we may or may not give it one more try just to see if they were having a bad night in the kitchen. Our one experience tonight certainly didn't live up to the expectations for the price being paid.
