This place has gone downhill. I got two avocado smoothies on Tuesday night and they BOTH tasted like absolutely nothing. Also, we ordered online and we walked in the store at the same time it was supposed to be picked up. They said they just have to blend and it’ll be ready. We sat in the store for an additional 10 minutes.

Great place for smoothies, breakfast bowls, lunch/dinner wraps and sandwiches! Tucked away in a brick building with shops and medical services, it's definitely worth it to find them. This is the only one in Washington or Oregon. The closest shop is in Boise Idaho. I'm so glad we found this location and will be back soon! My favorites are the Mango Madness Smoothie and Jamaican Jerk Chicken wrap! Sooo good!!

Love Tropical Smoothie! I grew up going here in Vegas so I was happy when they opened one up a couple years ago. I live in Portland so I wish they’d open a location here! Everytime I’m at this location the employees are efficient and friendly. The Caesar salad wrap is so good, with the buffalo chicken wrap being a close second. Way better smoothies than Jamba Juice! Please open one in Portland!

Very chill location to hang out and sip your drink in. The staff seems like they enjoy being there and are very nice.

I love tropical smoothie. If you want fresh options that are not greasy then this is the place. My favorite is the acai bowl, the Santa fe dillas and the pomegranate smoothie. Occasionally it takes a bit through the drive though but that would be my only complaint.

Seems like they're delicious offerings are also healthy. Polite professional and very lovely staff

I love these smoothies! They are customizable, you can switch out fruits, add supplements, xchange splenda instead of added sugar, etc. The Food is great, but I really just go for smoothies! They have specials too! And edible straws! You can easily see the nutritional facts on each item too!
My only complaint is the drive thru. It's a bit confusing now because it's next to a carwash with the drive thru side by side. Not a huge deal though.
Download the app and order from that, it makes everything go quicker for everyone! Plus, you can take your time deciding!!! They have so many choices, it takes time for me to decide!

I always order ahead and my order is always fresh and ready when I get there. Usually seems like a bunch of teenagers working but everyone is super nice and service is quick. Unfortunate that this is the only Tropical in the area, but worth the drive for me! The smoothie and food combo is a great deal.

I go here all of the time to eat. It's great when they are consistent. Half of the time though they aren't consistent. Sometimes you'll go and have a great smoothie, other times you will go and the smoothie is super watered down and tastes terrible.

after sitting in the lobby for 15 mins because they were too busy to help customers i orded 2 bowls and 2 flat bread sandwhiches everything was tasty like usual minus the acai bowl that was frozen completly solid i asked to have one not so frozen and was told "they come like that" ive ordered from here often for a long time and ive never had a bowl so frozen it breaks my spoon heres to waiting 45 mins to be able to eat my food
