Had the caterpillar roll yesterday, by far one of the best ones I've ever had! Super fresh tasting and delicious too. Was also really pretty to look at, but I was starving and inhaled it, no time for a picture!

First time at the Oak Tree Park and decided to try Wasabi Sushi $5 sample box. It contained 6 small bite size sushi. It was very delicious but portions were extremely small.
Service was fast, and cashier was friendly.

Staff were friendly, vegan rolls were yummy, and the food cart pod is a fun place to hang out and eat.

Very tasty! I got the Blue Ocean Sushi burrito. Absolutely enormous - Big enough to share!
The sushi donuts are good, but more difficult to eat.

The poke bowl didn’t have much fish in it for what it cost. I also wish there were more salmon options, I dislike tuna.

Sushi was really good but they need to update their website with what the actual menu is. One employee was extremely rude but another fixed the issue.

I ordered the miso soup and poke bowl (Omega-3). Total was $22. The staff were nice, but the food was disappointing.
The miso soup was incredibly bland, I pretty much paid $4 for a cup of water with seaweed.
The poke salad wasn’t great either. I read the ingredients on the menu carefully, and didn’t realize they add a bit of mayo to their bowls after taking a good bite. I despise mayonnaise, so it completely ruined dinner.

Came at 8:05 and it was already closed, not sure if it closes earlier than 9 every day, or only today, but both the main website for food carts and google says 9, waste of 20+ minutes driving out here.

Poke bowl came out fast, but what a disappointment! Don't get the Ocean Bowl! Again, don't get the Ocean Bowl. DON'T DO IT!
Wasabi Sushi put a small scoop of spicy tuna, 2 small pieces of salmon, crab salad, and a ton of rice.
For $15+ tip (~$17), ya gotta do more than a lot of rice with a smidgeon of fish.
One of those 'WTH moments'! Gah!

Calamari was whole octopus and not very tasty.
Small portion big price for a food cart in my opinion.
Waited 40 min to get food and it wasn’t even busy.

First time being to the Oak Tree and was very happy that we decided to try the Hawaiian Dragon sushi rolls as part of our tasting adventure dinner. These rolls had a good combination of flavors with tuna, crab salad, mango, avocado, and cucumber, topped with a spicy sauce. A little sweet, a little crunchy, and a little spicy. Usually not one to choose spicy but it had just the right amount to make these rolls have a little ying and yang vibe going. I will definitely be back to try more items from the menu.

These guys make really solid sushi and poke bowls. We tried an Alaskan Roll, Sweet and Crunchy Sushi Burrito and the Ahi Ginger Poke. All were super tasty, fresh, and service was solid even though they’re one of the busier carts at Oak Tree Station. Don’t skip this place!
