Long wait for food, coffee is decent. Tons of options good quality but pricey

I confess. With an abundance of hiking destinations in the Gorge, I often go to Trapper Creek just so that I can enjoy Crosscut's huckleberry milkshake.

I love biscuits and gravy, and the biscuits and gravy here is legitimately some of THE BEST I have EVER had. The biscuits are fluffy and have a delightful touch of sweetness. The gravy features house made sausage. The pairing is fantastic. I got it with a couple over medium eggs on top (slightly overdone, but forgivable).

Ended up paying more than I anticipated, but that probably has more to do with me being cheap, and less to do with the value of the food/service.

Cozy atmosphere and delicious coffee round out the experience. Perfect breakfast after a brisk night camping in the nearby national forest!

looked for a bite to eat after enjoying the bathtubs at carson hot springs and ended up here and my girlfriend and i were very pleasantly surprised with how great our meal was! we got the biscuits and gravy (might be the best i’ve had) and the turkey pesto melt! will be coming back :)

The best salad in all of skamania county

We were hopeful that this time would be better, but it never is. Service: a rock would have more friendly. Drink: watered down, no flavor. Price: $16 for 2 drinks. Definitely not worth it.

Quite overpriced, food was mediocre at best, drinks were meh, will skip this one next time.

I travel from Stevenson to Bingen. 25 min drive there and back cuz there’s actually reasonably priced and delicious coffee and foods .

I will say tho MY FAVORITE barista at Skamania county Abby Sweeney works there and she makes me happy :)

We traveled from Kuwait & stayed in Carson for 3 days- we had breakfast here every single day! Every morning we woke up excited knowing we will have a delicious Lumberjack sandwich to start our day with! Truly the best sandwich ever, thank you so much!

Drinks ordered: Caramel Frappuccino and caramel late.
Food ordered: biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon.
Everything was bland! The homemade sausage gravy had little flavor and a very few small pieces of sausage. The bacon (unbeknownst to us) is a half strip of bacon. So, the 6 piece is really only 3 full size strips.
Atmosphere: drink service was slow, flies in the cafe and run down/ripped seating.

There are 2 lovely ladies working today. We had 2 half sandwiches with chips. The turkey pesto melt and ham and swiss on rye. Both were delicious and came with kettle chips. Definitely stop by for a quick lunch or your favorite iced coffee and give these ladies your business!

I'm basing this review solely on the deliciousness of their coffee and friendliness of staff. A friend went there on my recommendation and said the sandwich he ordered was one of the best ever. So, I feel safe saying to you, "go here if in the area!" Great beans.
