My wife and I had breakfast here twice during our stay in Carson. First day I had a basic breakfast and it was excellent, bacon crisp and nicely done hash browns--crispy and not soggy. Next day I had the chicken fried steak--best I've ever had! Just delicious. Service was friendly and efficient.

Hi had a meal this evening there.A starter of egg shrimp rolls followed by teriyaki beef and noodles and orange chicken and rice.Plentiful portions of tasty food.Also had Vietnamese Iced coffee it was refreshing. The restaurant was very clean.The bathroom spotless. Pleasant waitress too. The decor is dated but it is clean and the welcome is warm. Whilst being served I noticed customers ordering more American type meals and they said the food was good.

This is a hidden gem! Small business, but great service. The food is a 10/10 . Better than my local teriyaki places; greater Tacoma area. This has so much more flavor and presentation was amazing. You can tell they put extra love into this food. The building is older but look where you are! Enjoy the essence; appearance isn’t everything and they make up for it in deliciousness.

The building needs stripped and remodeled it just feels a little lost with its decor. The omelet I ordered on Sunday was well done with light fluffy eggs and the ingredients were good sage sausage ham good bacon and I was really happy with the gravy. I'm not sure about the Asian menu yet but the basic breakfast menu was good. The staffing might be light. Could use 1 or 2 more people.

Stopped here at this combination Asian and American diner for breakfast on our way home from a Gorge vacation. It was quiet, with one polite, attentive server, perhaps one cook, and one other table occupied. I had a veggie omelet; my companion had the Basic breakfast, with eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, and toast. The veggie omelet was made similarly to one I had in Hawaii: a thin, neat square of egg folded just like an envelope around sauteed green peppers, onions, tomatoes, and sliced black olives, topped with Colby and cheddar. The veggie omelet came with hashbrowns; it was also supposed to include spinach and toast, but neither of those were present. A delicious, perfectly cooked side of bacon made me forget the missing toast. Plenty to eat. Both plates were quite oily, but food was good and coffee was decent; better than average for roadside diner coffee. It did take a relatively long time for our orders to come out, about 20 minutes, but we weren't in a hurry.
We only have been there for Chinese food to go, and really like it. We don't have anything else around like it, so really appreciate it.
