We had a pleasant lunch, burger and tots. The owner was friendly and food was good. We were the only customers and it was about 1:30pm. I hope locals try to give their business here and support this place.

Good vegan option, we had the deluxe veggie and teriyaki tofu and both were great, she does the tofu differently than I've ever had it, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Would definitely eat here again

My wife and I went there for breakfast and it was excellent. I had the chicken fried steak and was thrilled at how good it was, no gristle and cooked to perfection, my wife had the basic breakfast and the eggs, bacon and hash browns were perfect. Especially those hash browns, if you like them crispy like we do they are a hit. So for Atmosphere to be honest there really isn’t one but that’s not why we went there. I will take some good home style food over a bougie atmosphere any day.

Good food and good amount of food for cost. Orange chicken was nice and crunchy. Do keep in mind that any pictures of steak or ribs from a year ago are not on the menu anymore, server said they don't serve this as of 9/13/24. That was sad sins those ribs looked good.

there was unfortunately a lot of flies, regular and of the fruit variety, it was quite disruptive.
the food was mediocre at best, especially for the price. Maybe their Chinese would be better than the American breakfast.
The waitress was nice, she did ask about the quality of their food, she was slightly offended that we left sausage on our plate and questioned if it was gross...
that might be a sign?

Very impressed with this modest restaurant. An expansive Thai menu; I just had the potstckers which were delicious, hot, light and flavorful. The strawberry lemonade was genuine tasting with tons of strawberries. Food was ready quickly.

Had house flies and fruit flies flying on our food. One almost flew in my mouth. The lady that helped us was nice. Only one item we got reached quality I would consider average and the prices were rather high considering.

I could say more but it just seems mean at this point. To the owner: Please prioritize fixing the insect problem.

My wife and I had breakfast here twice during our stay in Carson. First day I had a basic breakfast and it was excellent, bacon crisp and nicely done hash browns--crispy and not soggy. Next day I had the chicken fried steak--best I've ever had! Just delicious. Service was friendly and efficient.

Hi had a meal this evening there.A starter of egg shrimp rolls followed by teriyaki beef and noodles and orange chicken and rice.Plentiful portions of tasty food. Also had Vietnamese Iced coffee it was refreshing.
The restaurant was very clean. The bathroom spotless. Pleasant waitress too.
The decor is dated but it is clean and the welcome is warm.
Whilst being served I noticed customers ordering more American type meals and they said the food was good.

This is a hidden gem! Small business, but great service. The food is a 10/10 . Better than my local teriyaki places; greater Tacoma area. This has so much more flavor and presentation was amazing. You can tell they put extra love into this food. The building is older but look where you are! Enjoy the essence; appearance isn’t everything and they make up for it in deliciousness.

The building needs stripped and remodeled it just feels a little lost with its decor. The omelet I ordered on Sunday was well done with light fluffy eggs and the ingredients were good sage sausage ham good bacon and I was really happy with the gravy. I'm not sure about the Asian menu yet but the basic breakfast menu was good.
The staffing might be light. Could use 1 or 2 more people.
