Delicious pan asian restaurant! Loved the gyoza, panang curry, and the sweet and sour chicken. Will be back for sushi on fri/sat. Was not expecting this good of a eatery in a small town like Cashmere but it was excellent! Will be back!
I visited the Blue Flame with my family for dinner, and we were pleasantly surprised by the experience.
What really stood out, though, was the service. Our server was incredibly attentive and even remembered my family from previous visits, which added a personal touch to our dining experience.

Super delicious Shrimp with Candied Walnuts and General Tao’s Chicken. Owners and staff are welcoming, very sweet, and provide excellent service. Will definitely return to try other delicious dishes ❤️❤️❤️
