I recently had the pleasure of dining at Blue Flame Asian Bistro amd Bar, and I can confidently say it’s amazing! Tucked away in the middle of nowhere, this gem is home to some of the most incredible sushi I’ve ever tasted. Acceptable food, I had the pad Thai. I ordered the medium spice level,, I would say it was accurate to what was served. I would have liked more vegetables. Had as much chicken at I would expect, the portion was good. Sauce had a nice tang and was not overly peanutty. I may go back to try a few more dishes.
Freezing in this restaurant. Wearing two coats, beanie and snowboots and still feeling the chill, appetizers and hot saki were cold in less than 5 minutes, at least my beer stayed cold, went somewhere else for an entree because of this.
