My son really wanted BBQ for his birthday dinner and this place did not disappoint! Everything was delicious and it was super fun to talk with the owner about all the weird animals we have all eaten...especially when visiting the southeast US states. He even gave us some complimentary corn bread which was OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend!

We ordered the ribs (only on Sat) and the Uncle Phil. Both were delicious. Spiral fries come with the ribs and were enough for two and we had left overs. We’ve had barbecue all across the country and Buckshot Honey in Cashmere stands out above the many. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Super good!! We got the pulled pork sandwiches and a half pound of fatty brisket. The brisket was incredibly flavorful, perfectly tender and the fat really did melt in your mouth! The pulled pork sandwiches were very good as well! The workers were super friendly as well! Definitely worth trying!

Me and the ol lady visited last Saturday 7-19-25 was bummed to find Country Boys gone but excited to try a new place. Sadly not near what we hoped for dry and the seasoning was off. Mabey the worst bbq we've ever had. We got a good spread of food and portions are nice. Full rack and the Little Si board, tater salad and coleslaw. All was trash literally we had to toss it... Pizza saved the night. Review by a fat guy that loves bbq just not this bbq sadly.

The brisket is perfect! Uncle Phil with the chilly crisp sauce is a must try! Probably the best brisket in the whole area except you are in Snoqualmie, where there is already another Buckshot there :)

This is one of our favorite places to eat in Cashmere. The quality is reliably top-notch. We recently had them cater our wedding and it was perfect. Everyone loved the food and the service was great, too. Looking for another excuse to throw a big party so we can do it again.

Yummy!!! The Uncle Phil brisket sandwich is so tasty. A customer behind me told me the JoJo's are amazing so order those too. Um, not wrong. Perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfectly blended Old Fashioned comes with a big hunk of brisket as a garnish. Eat here!
