The guys working there are probably the coolest around. The Rusty burger always satisfies. Wife had the chicken burger, not knowing what to expect and it was the best she's ever had, which is saying something. No the fastest service, but well worth the wait. You know it's fresh!

The quality of the food is lacking. It’s all Cisco junk, frozen rubbery beef patties, basic pickles, and to up charge a buck50 for that sad solo slice of tomato? Saving grace for food was the frozen cod filet was decent and seasoning on the tatters was amazing. The Rusty sauce is nice, based off tartar sauce with a bit of tomato paste and spice. (paprika if I had to guess)

Waiting an hour for food while you hide and not come to the counter to talk to your customers? My boyfriend has been waiting with his two screaming starving children because you can’t get it together. I understand being busy but you do not ignore your customers. I’ve owned my own restaurant and worked in many. I’ve never heard of such awful service

I had to wait half an hour for my food. My mom and i were in a rush not seeing that there was a drive through that was getting their food first then the people waiting outside.Its a long time to be waiting but I also there were only 2 people working and there was no ice in our drinks.

I visited at 2pm on a Thursday in September, take out window. There were 2 cars waiting at the pick up window and 2 waiting at the ordering window. My order of a deluxe cheeseburger, large tots, and small strawberry milkshake arrived 7 minutes after ordering. The burger was a classic American style burger, and was acceptably good - the patty didn’t have a lot of beef flavor, but the gooey melted cheese, special sauce, lettuce, pickles were all just right. The tots were too many for me (oops). Aren’t all tots from the same potato factory somewhere? These were like all the others - crunchy, soft inside, salty. The shake was too thick to get through the straw for a long while, and was good.
I’m confused by the descriptions of lack of outside dining - while there are two sad tables in front, stuck between the building, the street, and the drive through and pickup queues, there’s a nice park in back with green grass, mature shady trees, and 13 more picnic tables plus some benches - right in front of where you park car. Nice.
Great food! Loved our 'order taker', he was hysterical. There's also a really nice outdoor picnic area, for Rusty's customers only! Excellent!

Rusty's had good food, and super friendly staff, but they were a little slow, so expect a 30 minute wait. It probably would have been best to order ahead. Given, it was busier than usual, so it may be quicker in other parts of the day. The hamburger was good, and the fishwhich was divine. Be sure to ask for a straw, but other than that, I definitely recommend.
Vegetarian options: Offers garden burgers, which were better than expected.
Dietary restrictions: Offers gluten free buns.
