I waited 40 minutes for an online order that was supposed to be done after 4. Fries were only warm on top and burger didn’t taste good. Way too expensive for the quality. They seemed very understaffed.

What a joke this place was. First off, they don’t care about customer relations as they make you order on a stupid computer. Thus taking away jobs, serving the staff that work here are zombies, they are not friendly also they keep the restaurant filthy. I can promise one thing I’ll never eat here again. I’ll probably never again stop at this Space Age Travel Center again.

I'm glad remnants of the old A&W culture are given more than a nod at this location. I found the location convenient, and the parking abundant. Restrooms in the retail store next door were tidy and bright. Employees there were friendly in a polite manner while maintaining efficient service. Shady in particular was clearly keeping things flowing nicely up front. Yes, it took a bit for the food to come but that's because it's not microwaved! Worth the wait IMO. One star off for Atmosphere because the Root Beer tap at the beverage counter is broken! sad bear cub face

Every A&w i go to i get a side of chile with my mini corn dog. This one he didnt try didnt ask anyone julian just said they cant and wont do that. Didnt even seem to care to take my order as i stood there waiting for him to come over. Customer service is horrible.

I am very, very pleased to see that a restaurant still has some class that the workers inside appreciate their customers and the food is absolutely great. The service is punctual and I’ve never had so much service in my life so distinctive. At the truckstop here in Castlerock, Washington as the space age you keep a crew like this you’ll go a long ways and even further than you already have the burger was great fries are fantastic. Nice and the drink was fantastic. Also thank you very much W.Duff

Only because no starts isn't an option. They wanted me to wait 15 minutes for 3 pieces of chicken tenders. Plus there's flies flying around the dinning area where there are other people sitting to eat. Proof below. I'm not coming here again no matter where I travel.

Slowest fast food restaurant. I’ve been here about a dozen times and it’s always the same thing. Every order, even a simple burger, is 20 minutes. Sit down restaurants are faster. If you’re heading north and can stomach listening to Fox propaganda in the dining room, stop at Beesley’s instead. Better food and the wait is about the same. If Fox isn’t your thing, they have a drive thru or you can order and wait in your car.
