Went through the drive thru. All of the drinks had no syrup only carbonation. Burger looked raw, with nasty lettuce. Forgot our sauces luckily we caught that part at least. The fries and chicken tenders were good. But for 40 bucks it was pretty disappointing. Should have looked and tried everything before driving off I guess.

I showed up a minute before they closed to pick up a DoorDash, and she locked it while looking right at me. She literally threw my order in the trash while the other guy was talking to me saying they toss online orders out at 9pm, as it turned 9 while he was talking to me. I don't care about policy, they closed early, and that was done out of pure spite. It ruined my entire night, customer service is non-existent in 2024.

The food was perfect on all 3 orders. One of the best fast food burgers I’ve had in a long time. Fries and onion rings were perfect. The wait was about 5 minutes. It was priced about average for a combo these days.

Put the cheese with the raw chicken sometimes. Employees who don't know how to do their job. Minimal training given. Clean place otherwise. Burgers are terrible. Only good things are the sides and chicken. Lack of vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free options. Often leave fries out for over 5 minutes they get cold and gross.
Visited on April 24th 2024 ordered a papa's double to go and 2 hours later got sick. Went to the emergency room and after a very long night was told I had food poisoning. I'm never going to eat here again.

Ordered 2 regular burgers after asking what was on them. The girl at the register was totally disinterested in her job but took our to go order. We waited to open our food until we were back in the car and on the freeway only to discover they had nothing on them except a hard overcooked burger. No condiments, no pickles, absolutely dry. This is the second time this has happened so it was not a fluke. Tried calling and no one bothered answering the phone. Very disappointed.

The food was excellent. The service was subpar. The young employees you could tell definitely didn't want to be there working. Customer service wasn't bad or rude it just was nonexistent.
Parking: Large truck stop, so parking was plentiful.

Got the entirely wrong burger. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no onions. Got a mushroom onion melt. Couldn't even eat it. I saw that they were busy but seriously?
