Went through the drive through. Amazing service all the way until the end. We're from Longview going north this was a good choice for a begining stop. Fresh hot foot great customer service. And fast!! I was greatly impressed. (((Wednesday April 23rd. @ 6:30.)))

Chicken takes 2:36 seconds to cook. If i place my order, then sit in the drive-through for 5 minutes, why do you need to to pull around and wait out front after paying? EVERY TIME! Put the chicken down when I order. Especially considering the amount of times yall have forgot to bring out the order.

I had to give you one star if I could. I would give you none. The night staff is very unprofessional. Refuse to cook food for me and my family. Because they decided they would shut down over an hour early. When it clearly states, they are open till midnight. Made a mobile order and paid for it. And they refused to give me any kind of refund or help me go about getting a refund.

This place is gross and should be reported to the food inspector. I don't even know how they're still open. They must lose money hand over fist. Every table is dirty and covered in filth and grime they're not even busy they have portable air conditioners and swamp coolers everywhere. Bunch of burnt out lights. Their menus do not work and they don't have the food they advertise absolutely gross whoever owns this establishment should be ashamed

Just picked up my order through the drive thru .I got home and opened the bag and received the wrong order. I tried calling multiple times but received a busy signal each time. I came home with 2 whoppers. I ordered one whopper, fries, and cookies. I know things happen but a little frustrating when I couldn’t get my call to go through. Didn’t want to have to drive back. Not sure what the price difference between my order and the two Whoppers I came home with.

We went through the drive-thru to save some time Saturday afternoon about 130pm. Had I known that the cheeseburger I had ordered was going to be shoe leather, burned on one side and the bun to that was crunchy...I would have taken it back to BK. Unfortunately, I had tossed my receipt out and couldn't retrieve it. The restaurant was quiet and we were the only ones in the drive-thru...No, excuse to be serving food like this!!
