I stopped in for dinner to go, the service was incredible, the portion size was ginormous and of very good quality. My only concern is that this place is so far away from where I live! I definitely recommend stopping in. Very affordable and all around was a great experience. ?

El Copadre never disappoints, we always have great food, great service, and a great experience when we go. The staff is always friendly, fast and kind, always smiling and always remember our usual orders. I can't recommend this restaurant enough 10 stars.

Had the steak fajitas and they were really flavorful and lots of meat, chips and salsa was good, chips were light and crisp salsa could have been chunkier and a bit spicier. All in all great food and great staff.

We both ordered from the lunch menu and were charged the wrong prices. I pointed to the 2 tacos and she charged me for tacos rancheros. My husband ordered taquitos and was charged $17.95 for lunch. The waitress wouldn’t correctly adjust the prices even though what we ordered was clearly on the lunch menu. The food was bland. The salsa for the chips was plain tomato sauce.Would not recommend.

Saw their sign in I-5 South and decided to give them a try. I ordered the “Carne Asada y Más” plate, and it was very good. The steak was cooked perfectly, the ground beef enchilada I chose it was also very good, and the side of guacamole was fresh and as good as the rest of the food. Hardly any wait at the time of my visit, maybe because I wasn’t there during regular lunch hours. The boots are dated, but the place was very clean. Definitely recommend this place.

This is not true good Mexican food if this place is good then you have not had real true authentic amazing Mexican you better off going across the street to McDonald’s or go to Winlock and go try Guadalajara that place was the best I have found in Washington so far

Great food, cocktails, and service. Been there a half dozen times and love it. I have 2 Mexican restaurants closer to home, but go here because they’re better.

The food tasted like old oil, they need to throw away the oil where they fry the food, the water tasted like tap water, this is the last time we visited an El Compadre restaurant, it was a good restaurant a few years ago, now it disappointed us too

Love the salsa and fresh chips, they’re bottomless when you dine in and they also give a good size bag of chips for takeout.Carne Asada is probably my favorite dish and I think they have the best flavored rice/beans of any Mexican place in the area. The service is always good and friendly.

Passing through town and stopped for lunch. We arrived shortly after they opened for lunch, only one other table was seated, so not too busy. Regardless, The menu is huge, lots to choose from. I ordered beef enchiladas with no cheese (as a dietary restriction), and my partner got fajitas. It did take longer than expected for food to come out, our server was polite enough to refill our chips and salsa. Although wasn’t too attentive. After our food arrived I instantly noticed my enchiladas had cheese on them I politely asked for a refire, no problem.Overall, food was lacking flavor-very bland and not welcoming atmosphere.Felt very disappointed and dissatisfied with our experience.
