This morning a voice came over the intercom shouting about something in a thick accent. The person was accusing me of putting something in my pocket when I pulled my card out to pay. The employee said the person was not on the property and hired by the owner to watch customers. It felt very confusing and scary, we won't go back.

One of the best burgers in Cowlitz county at one of the best prices. If you’re a fan of perfectly crispy bacon this is your place. The burger patty was really flavorful as well. Will def be back.

This is inside of a Shell gas station right off of freeway exit 49 of the I-5. They have some of the best tasting burgers, fries, and Jo-Jo's in the area. I highly recommend trying them out!

This is just a gasoline convenience store. I've rated this facility - average with 3 stars. It's just a convenience store with a grill. There's quite a bit of hype about the hamburgers. The burgers are no better, nor worse than any other hamburger. Strictly take out grill , no picnic tables, no chairs, no where to sit anywhere. Basic hamburger - lettuce, tomato, onion starting at $6.49. Yes, they taste good but it's just a hamburger.

Ordered a double cheeseburger, got all the way home and it was a single cheeseburger. Asked if they could make me another single or if I could get a discount on the next and they said no unless I brought in the old one. I worked a 12 hour day at the mill I came home and inhaled it. First time eating here too, pretty disappointed. Burger was in fact fire so a star for that.

Best burgers in Castle Rock. Reasonably priced for the size of the burger and always delicious. I call ahead to make my order for pick up, and it's nearly always ready by the time I get there 15 minutes later.
Bacon cheese burger is absolutely delicious! TONS OF BACON!!!Staff is always so nice and the cooks are well deserving of all the tips they work for.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessable and bathrooms are large enough to accomodate.

I love going to gateway for my dbl. Bacon cheeseburger. I also like to get jojos with it. The burgers ate always great, however, the johos have somehow gotten worse and worse every time I get them from gateway. This last time, they were small, no breading or seasoning of any kind. They were just plain baked potato wedges, not jojos. So I will be going to four corners for my jojos from now on.

7:00 AM, November 20, 2022arrived at store to purchase 25 gallons of propane (to cook). A younger man, black hair informed me that "the pump has not been working, maybe because it is cold" I told him I would like him to try because I really needed it. Said he would be out in 5 minutes. I observed him come out of the store and throw a bag of garbage in the dumpster near the propane service area.He turned around and walked back into the store.I returned inside the store and ask the attending cashier for the name and contact information of the owner. She refused to provide the information.The guy finally came out to pump the propane. I told him the owner would likely prefer that the customer received service.He informed me that he "had to take the garbage out "I informed that the owner would probably like revenue into the cash register before worry about the garbage. He got confrontational and was using the f word. Maybe they got their payback by charging me $4.17 a gallon, when it is $3.69 at the shell 1.5 miles east.A simi truck and trailer was blocking the other stores propane pump.So I decided to go to Gateway shell.I will not make that mistake again. I WOULD AVOID GATEWAY SHELL!If I had received proper customer service or the owner contact information, it would not have resulted in this review.His employment should be terminated, IF the cost charged was outside the norm then that also should be addressed!
