WTH! Fries are way too overcooked. I asked for EXTRA pickle and got 3 pickles. Horrible customer service. Teenage workers off work but reaching over the counter and putting their order in on the tablet. Very dirty and gross. Worst Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to.

The service was terrible, the guy came out and threw our food on the counter and called our number and walked away. After checking our bags we noticed we were missing half of our order. It took ten minutes to finally flag someone down because they were ignoring the front desk. Then it took another 15 minutes to get the rest of our food so everything in the first bags were cold.

This is the best McDonald's I have been to in years! The food was spectacular. The toppings on my 1/4 pounder were centered! All the flavors were distributed equally through the whole sandwich. The fries were hot and crispy, perfectly salted. The staff was friendly! They made eye contact! They treated me like a fellow human. It's difficult to believe that this is the same brand as I am used to in the city. I will have a hard time driving past this McDonald's the next time I am on that part of I5.

Fries were cold and had so much salt none of us could eat them. The prices have been hiked up to unbelievable amounts, yet the food quality seems to be at a suffering low. When all the other food places raised there prices to cover increasing costs they seemed to taper off at a somewhat bearable margin that we could swallow. But McDonald's didn't apparently get the memo that taking advantage of folks by price gouging the crap outta their already strained budgets and providing barely edible substandard nutrition wouldn't gain them favor amongst current customers, nor help secure them any new ones. We've all been affected by the noticable cost of living increase, but McDonald's seems to stand out as a business that doesn't care about anything or anyone but the almighty dollar.
