We get great service! Even if we are Mexican and Native they treat us really good. We still get the occasional stares as we walk in but we gotta eat and we tip really good . I think a few fellas could learn a thang or two from this business, but na it won't stick like American cheese on the fridge, but anyways fish and chips is good and the garlic toast is super good. Thank you guys.
Order fish and chips. Two bites into salad she brought out the fish. We put a napkin over our fish and finished the salad. The wife is a slower at eating. She had lukewarm fish. Not impressed with the timing of the service.
Favorite with locals and travelers. Old- fashioned family style restaurant just like I remember. They rebuilt after a fire last year, and kept the same loyal crew!
As always great food and good people
Newly remodeled, super clean including restrooms.
Big portions of food at a reasonable price.
Fast and friendly service.
Good food, good coffee, classic American diner. Had the biscuits and gravy, and while a little plain, they were still hot and tasty and kept us fueled on the road. 👍
Large portions here
We arrived later in the evening. I ordered the 12 oz prime rib special, and all that was available was an end piece in that size, described as medium to medium well. Upon getting it, it turned out to be medium, was tender, and had good flavor. The condiment, on first glance, that looked like a course horse radish sauce turned out to be pure horse radish. It went well with the meat in small quantities, but I must admit, after the first taste, I had no problems with breathing the rest of the evening.
My Dad ordered a bowl of clam chowder. He had not added anything to the bowl, but commented about 5 or 6 bites in that it was good chowder, but he thought it to be a bit salty. As he got closer to the end of the bowl he said it was too salty to finish. I did not taste it, so I can not verify if it was, or was not salty, but he could also have been a bit salt-sensitive tonight. He mentioned it to a waitress but chose to continue eating it, so it's on him, not the staff.
Very clean restaurant, pleasant staff, and good service for being busy and getting on toward closing time.

Best place for breakfast hands down! (And breakfast is served all day, which is even better!). The owners Mandy and Matt are the kindest people and work so hard right besides their employees.
Excellent food ! Excellent cook David! Excellent waitress! Excellent rib steak!
