These lady's are hilarious that work here. Are quick to get your order finished. The place is having some difficult getting there orders completed from the supplier. Lack of certain meats and vetables. Supplier needs to step it up.

I've been to this place three times do not go literally 2 hours before closing time. There's a lady middle age with brown hair. She complains about having to do anything after 2 hours before closing time. She puts stuff away super early and complains about how hard she works. If she doesn't want the job she needs to get a different one. Complaining to people about making their food and saying she doesn't have this or that. She is a very angry person. I would not recommend anyone visiting Castle Rock to go there I will not be going back either.

We were greeted immediately by with a warm smile and be right with you. There was one girl working alone and she was greeting every person with a nice greeting and smile. She was so kind and helpful! Our sandwiches were amazing and the restaurant was clean and tidy. Thank you for such a nice experience!!!

Alex was in front did not acknowledge us coming in nor say be right with you. We stood there for a while.and still we were ignored. Yes my friend lost his cool. But I wasnt there for him but for my kids. I got denied service as well. As I stood there she greeted another customer. I. Kept standing there to get my children food .... She was super inappropriate yelling at me. I've ordered

Fastest service I have ever received at a subway! I came in around 10:15am, the lady was swamped with prep but she still gave excellent and quick service.

My meatball sub was freezing cold and it seems like the meatballs are smaller and the sauce tasted totally different. Tried to give them a second chance after all the disappointments I've had with them constantly being out of half their ingredients, but I don't think I'll be getting sandwiches here any more. For the prices they charge, I expect better. The girl working was nice at least.
