Ice cream is really great however the service is really slow

The guy at the counter was very nice and had a great attitude and the girls in the back were trying their hardest. The whole time I was waiting I was wondering why an adult manager isn't there helping out. Showing them how to handle the flow, showing them how to work more efficiently, showing them how to be team players. It is insane on managements part for not being present.

went there and got fish and chips and a milkshake and waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, I understand they’re busy at times but they forgot the tartar we asked for at the window and 10 minutes later after waiting for someone to come to the window to ask for it, some kid with a beanie on comes and closes the window and walks off. we finally get his attention and he acts all sarcastic like “oh really i forgot the tartar, i’m so sorry” never coming here when i’m out in elk again and i would not recommend ever going through their drive thru

My mom used to ride her horse to get a bag of burgers from the drive through. Marcy’s playground is on the radio, nobody has internet yet, Princess Diana is still alive,Titanic is in theaters and adults are getting into fights over tickle me Elmo’s and beanie babies…. I remember the first day the flavor blast machine put boysenberry or huckleberry on the cone… Ps; We lived in the old train station down the hill.

Stopped for 2 Ice Cream Cones, from the time we started in line to the time we had our cones was 30 minutes. Recidivous. If it is Staffing, why are more people not working. Oh how about the Manager or Owner working. I ran a Fast Food for many years, this is nuts. How about the Owner provide me an explanation

I have noticed a huge decline through the years as far as service and cleanliness. I hadn't been in years and decided to try again. Nothing has changed. The staff are unprofessional and were acting like it was their own personal kitchen and they were at home cooking with siblings. Clearly the owners need to spend more time to see the deficits. It's a shame that it has gone so far down hill now, that in my opinion it's not an option to even eat there for locals.
The huckleberry ice cream is always the BEST!!! And those youngsters working inside - work their butts off! My order was correct and yummy.

Place was disgustingly filthy. They were out of a lot of items on the menu. Could only sit outside, entire inside seating blocked off. Bathroom toilet wouldn't flush. Not ever stopping here again.
