Slowest service ever and not the first time.

I was the only person in the restaurant when I ordered my meal. It took forever to get it. They served 15 ice cream cones while my meal got cold. By the time I got my meal, the fries were cold. The burger was lame. I ate about half of it, threw it in the trash and left

Food is good, but EVERY TIME I've been here it takes a VERY long time 20+ mins to get your order (sit down restaurants are faster). They seem to have plenty of staff and never very many customers at a time, so im not sure the reason. If they could improve their wait time, I think they'd be a nice place. But for now, buckle up and prepare to wait for quite a long while. (The drive thru is insanely slow).

Quality and quantity for a great price! Got to love the Huckleberry shakes and ice cream. UPDATE: The teenagers that are running the place now we're all outside sloughing off with a line of cars. It took me 27 minutes to get two cold cheeseburgers and a half tub of fries. The little blonde girl kept asking the tall blonde boy to come back inside and cook instead he chose to stand outside and chat with his friends in the drive-thru. I've been ordering for my son and I for a year now and I'm going to start going elsewhere. About the only thing they got going for them are the shakes and ice cream even that's iffy because if you go inside everything is filthy because these kids have more on their mind than cleanliness. If the owner doesn't get this under control, he's going to lose all his business! I like the idea of putting kids to work but they really need to have an adult there someone to keep them in check.

If the cashier says that it comes with fries and then you don’t get them and you come up to ask where they are and then say sorry it doesn’t come with fries. Then you should honor what you told them in the first place and not just say too bad.

Kind of pricey but the huckleberry milkshake was good and the mushroom swiss burger was as well.

The guy at the counter was very nice and had a great attitude and the girls in the back were trying their hardest. The whole time I was waiting I was wondering why an adult manager isn't there helping out. Showing them how to handle the flow, showing them how to work more efficiently, showing them how to be team players. It is insane on managements part for not being present.

Huckleberry cone was great!

went there and got fish and chips and a milkshake and waited 25 minutes in the drive thru, I understand they’re busy at times but they forgot the tartar we asked for at the window and 10 minutes later after waiting for someone to come to the window to ask for it, some kid with a beanie on comes and closes the window and walks off. we finally get his attention and he acts all sarcastic like “oh really i forgot the tartar, i’m so sorry” never coming here when i’m out in elk again and i would not recommend ever going through their drive thru

My mom used to ride her horse to get a bag of burgers from the drive through. Marcy’s playground is on the radio, nobody has internet yet, Princess Diana is still alive,Titanic is in theaters and adults are getting into fights over tickle me Elmo’s and beanie babies…. I remember the first day the flavor blast machine put boysenberry or huckleberry on the cone…
Ps; We lived in the old train station down the hill.
