I haven't been to Burger King in a very long while....and boy-howdy, have the prices gone up! With that said, the Food was fresh, tasty and amazing. The service was excellent...and the staff members were courteous and a delight to interact with. Good stuff..I would definitely recommend (Yelm is winning)

Tried the new BBQ brisket Whopper. A small scoop of dry BBQ meat. Hard to see. Takes away from the whopper taste. Would have been better just putting on BBQ sauce.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The guy running the register charges people for what they don’t order and gives out wrong items repeatedly

I door dashed it and they completely butchered the order missed everything and just wasn't correct the order was placed around 1041 it didn't get to me till 11 15 the doordasher was right there when it was sent through really disappointed in who was there tonight the quality was awful and it was not what I expect
Tbh not as bad but the customer service was not good. Got one of the burgers wrong 😕 and we had to go back inside for one of our sauces. Drink orders were wrong when we got at the window 💔 We asked for our burger that was wrong remade and they were very helpful in that. Again customer service could've been way better, down in Napavine burger king they are always so smiley.

i literally will not go here unless Tony is working. Hands down one of the hardest working, most friendly service workers, and the only time i can actually get through the drive thru in less than 8mins with the right order is when this guy is working. dude deserves all the raises and recognition.

I gave five stars because I didn’t want employees to get hurt here. They were great. Def understaffed and trying hard. The franchise owner should get a whap for forcing them to use that stupidly placed 1st drive through window and making them run physically through the dining room and to the second window to serve the same customers. You’re gonna break your people doing that insane stuff. Let them work the second window for both.
