Why cant a place that sells burgers & fries make a decent batch of French fries & get a request on one lousy burger right?! Soggy, limp, lukewarm fries are NOT what was ordered. MANAGER....test them for yourself & maybe adjust your frying schedule or SOMETHING! Get hearing aids for your employees (and some enthusiasm!)Yuck...I won't be back to THIS Burger King!

I have been a long time customer at this location. On 12/06/25. I used the drive through to order it was dark outside i payed got my food pulled up opened the wrapping the chrispy chicken sandwich was soaked with sauace the wrapping was filled with excess sauace the condiments were not on the sandwich the drink was not what i ordered very poor service. I went inside and showed the managers what i had received they gave me a refund. I live local and I will not return to this location.

I had an awesome experience at this Burger King thanks to Ana, the manager. She was super sweet, caring, and genuinely made our visit better. She even took the time to entertain my kids, which meant a lot, and her personality was just amazing overall. You don’t see that kind of customer service everywhere. Keep it up, Ana, you definitely deserve a raise!

Had an original chicken sandwich with heavy mayo and tomatoes. Was really good, nice and fresh, but the service was really bad. When I went inside to order, the lady at the front wouldn't take my order at first. She was trying to force me to use the kiosk when both were already in use. I think her name was Cindy. She looked very unkept, her uniform didn't looked washed and her hair was very messy. I also saw her yell at a young worker in the back and didn't help her. I normally don't complain, but that behavior was completely terrible.

There could be nobody here and the staff still ask you to wait before taking your order. I avoid here at all costs, the only reason I come is for DoorDash.
As I am writing this review, I was asked to wait at the first window (it’s a DoorDash so I don’t pay) until they ask for me to come to the second. Why? Because they don’t want the order times to be long. Worst customer service ever.
