Trinity was extremely rude. First off refused to acknowledge the counter & when I told her was there to pick up order she rolled her eyes and snapped. When I Thanked her she rolled eyes again, I requested manager @ which point was told she was shift super. She said she's not allowed to give out best time of day to contact manager or their name & said she'd take my info (so she could presumably throw away). She then told me to "leave, bye bye" waving her hand. Absolutely appalling service regardless.

The lobby wasn't open last time my bestie and I were planning to eat inside and a sign on the door said it was closed due to staff shortages. Kind of disappointing to drive all that way and not be able to sit down inside and enjoy a meal. But the drive-thru was still open and food is always good here. ?

So…. They can count, but they can’t read. Did a pick up order, nice and simple. Double whopper extra onion and baconator no ketchup, no mayo. And a 6 piece chicken fry.Whopper patties were old, no ketchup. Baconator had mayo and lettuce on it?? Bottom bun was black. Ketchup in dispenser wasn’t right, was way too thick for ketchup so makes me think it’s ancient. Probably one of the worst BK’s I’ve been to.

The playplace is closed indefinitely. The staff were great, and the food was better than I remember, but we came for the playplace on this trip. It certainly wasn't the staff's fault, but a disappointment nonetheless.Kid-friendliness: The playplace is sadly closed. It would have been the most kid-friendly place around, but now is on par with the other restaurants in the area.

After ordering our food (which took forever) I entered the restroom just as an employee left the stall. I witnessed them walking straight past the sink and out the door WITHOUT washing their hands! My partner and I were so disgusted that we decided to dump the food in the trash and eat somewhere else. Management needs to have a chat with their employees about the importance of proper handwashing.

My family ordered their family bundles and lots of food that was $42. The family members who ate the whopper with cheese and bacon had gotten deathly ill that night up until the next day.When I called Alexi the unprofessional manager she stated it wouldn't be our food because we cook them at the right temperature and it takes 24 hrs before foorld poisoning hots so it was from somewhere else.First and foremost no emotion no empathy for my family members that got sick, did not want to accept any blame whatsoever. She is not knowledgeable at all since she thinks it takes 24 hrs for food poisoning to effect someoneThe family members who ate those whoppers had nothing at all that were the same that day except those whoppersSo this so called management was unprofessional, snotty and personally I feel needs to take a customer service training because they have no tact or empathy.Disgusting!!!!!
