Customer Service was not good at all. We came in and didn’t get greeted at all and were treated like an inconvenience the whole time. Food was good but would appreciate some people a bit more friendly.

This place is waaay to expensive for what it is! I get home grown and the need to support local, but I'm not going to pay $5 more for the same thing I can get at DQ. It's gotta be pretty special to garner $12 for a small pop (full of ice) and a medium sunday.

Should have a sign up somewhere with the information that they stop making food before they close. Got off work absolutely ravenous, saw they were open for another 30 minutes. I was only a couple minutes away so I figured that was plenty of time. Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes only to be told they weren’t serving food anymore. No hate if that’s how you want to run your business even if I don’t get it, but at least have some notice up so people don’t waste time.

I definitely recommend getting lunch or dinner at Dairy Dan's. Its a classic burger shack with awesome milkshakes.

Kind of thinking that this bad experience was more a reflection on the specific staff during this shift than the restaurant and food options as a whole but when you're spending almost $30 for two cheeseburgers, one large fry and one large soda I suppose a 25 minute wait for coldish fries and a nothing special burger is an extra bummer. It's one that would make me re-think stopping in again. Been a lot of bad reviews in the last month. Prices keep rising pretty consistently for years now. Maybe management or the owners might see this trend and make being better a focus but it kind of seems that they accept that their staff have zero concern for the quality of food they serve or the service they provide. You have other options. Take the other option.

Nice country kinda vibe yummy ice cream and food the people are so nice I kinda spilt the medium ice cream cone on me by accident still good tho so much more ice cream on the cones then on other fast food ice cream

This is a cool little place. Just happen to be passing by and decided to stop. Great burgers and fries. The amount of shake flavors was unreal. If you’re passing through make sure and stop.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 shakes plus 1 chicken strip basket. Over 20 minutes later they brought food to the car that went through behind us but not ours. We asked about our order and the answer was, not yet. It took 35 minutes to get our order. Don't bother coming here if you want something more than ice cream or a drink in a timely manner.

I stopped by Dairy Dans this Memorial day weekend, and ordered the deep fried corn dog. I have ordered in the past and was very satisfied with the meal. This time was very upset with what I got. Instead of the large breaded deepfried corn dog I expected I recieved just a deepfried hotdog on a stick with no breaded covering. Not one but two so-called corn dogs, and along with two medium shakes was charged $27.00. They just lost my business!!

Rude teenagers that don’t speak, made horrible food with stale bread, and made the sandwich wrong. When I asked why the bread was stale they just shrugged their shoulders. When I asked to remake the sandwich they got pissed, made the sandwich and the threw it on the table.
