The philly cheese steak tasted like dog food, low quality beef, and small portion size. The burger was thin and dry, not a lot of flavor for a mushroom swiss burger. The milkshake was good.

Went on 10/14 around 6:50 and asked for 2 medium malt milkshakes. I’ve always ordered this with no questions and the girl who took my order was beyond rude asked me what flavor I wanted and talked to me as if I was dumb for ordering malt. I’m aware malt is a powder, malt is also chocolate flavored. I also ordered 2 and she only gave me 1. Younger, with blonde hair in an ugly braid.

It’s so damn disgusting how these teenagers are so condescending to everyone, they make fun of the guests as soon as they leave the restaurant and talk shit about them. I hope they make a turn around with there attitudes otherwise this business is gonna flop.

Went on my 30 minute lunch break in the lobby. I sat there for almost 20 minutes and I was the only one in there. Cars wee going through the drive threw. I asked if my food was done and the girl realized it was sitting ready in the window. It was sitting there for over 10 minutes. Fish sandwich, nope. Tough fish brown lettuce, soggy tomatoes, soggy bun. But that could be because it was sitting there forever. Onion ring decent. Tartar sauce gross, fry sauce gross. Salt! So much salt in the sauces! But I will be returning for shakes and cones because I have heard such good things about them. Don’t waist your time in the lobby or fish sandwich. I did see huge cones going out the window.

I’ve been coming here off and on for milkshakes for quite some time and while they are very expensive nearly $10 for a large shake, I decided to bring a friend by for a quick meal. $42 for two hamburgers two small fries, one shake and one diet Pepsi. Also, the burgers were both way overcooked and had char on them as well. I’m very disappointed and cannot believe that you can justify the price of this mediocre food. People commenting here are absolutely correct and that the food is overpriced and of low quality. Additionally, trying to mention it to the girl or the guy that was working pretty much was meaningless as neither one of them could care less. Well, I don’t know that the owners of the business would feel the same way. It was pretty obvious that the pricing and quality aren’t real high priorities.
Four of us went for ice cream. Delicious and plenty firm on a really hot day. Service was good. Friendly staff. Interior eating area is a little funky.

Food is always great. Unfortunately, service is NOT good. I don’t need people to ask what I’m doing and what my favorite color is, but they don’t even say “we’ll have that out in a minute”. They took my card, gave it back, then closed the window on me without a word. Zero smiling. They look so annoyed. Rude young girls. Shouldn’t be working in any customer service position or learn how to do it right.

I love coming here for ice cream with my family so we decided to try their dinner menu. We paid over $18 for a large fry, drink and a cheeseburger, and expect better quality fries for the price, but it tasted like they were freezer burnt and they were soggy in less than 2 minutes, the burger patty was thin which is fine but about half way through my burger I noticed there were two hairs in the middle of my patty. Im so disappointed and disgusted, just save your money and go somewhere else.🤢🤢🤢 This place used to be amazing, but it seems like they do not care about the health of their customers or the quality of their food.
