Love Dutch Bros and everyone here was great. Drinks were delicious. Their parking situation is a bit rough, though. All their spots (I think there are 6 or 7 regular spaces) were taken up by employees (no one was at the walk up window or sitting at their outdoor tables), which left two mobile order spots and a handicap spot. People were eventually pulling into mobile and in front of their trash to be able to walk up because the DT line was so long. It’s just not efficient. Someone...
I thought the girls in grand mound were the nicest out of all the Dutch Bros until I met Dolene in Chehalis. She asked how my day was and I told her that I had a headache from not having my coffee yet, but it was just kind of one of those days. She offered to make me something really good. I took her up on her offer. She had me taste it, and it was delicious! Six shots of white coffee, sugar-free chocolate, macadamia nut, salted caramel, and white chocolate with some caramel drizzle....
Not sure of his name but there was a young man with short red hair who served us. Super kind and personable. As someone who also works in customer service I really appreciate your hard work and kindness. Thanks so much!
