The service that the girl at the window gave us was the best of all, I thank her for her good service and kindness. Additionally, the food was exceptional in terms of temperature and flavor (compared to others from this same restaurant chain). In short, one of the best Jack's I've ever known! :)

I went to this Jack in the Box a few days ago, and when I ordered, the staff was so friendly, and asked a good amount of questions to better satisfy my order. The food was delicious as well, nice and hot, tasty and well cooked. And the drinks were cold and refreshing. Highly recommend to everyone to try it!!!!

I went to this Jack in the Box a few days ago, and when I ordered, the staff was so friendly, and asked a good amount of questions to better satisfy my order. The food was delicious as well, nice and hot, tasty and well cooked. And the drinks were cold and refreshing. Highly recommend to everyone to try it!!!!
It's Jack in the Box. It's not great, but not terrible. Breakfast sandwiches for $7+ seem steep, but I suppose that's just inflation. I decided to order a large fountain drink on impulse after already putting my order in via the app. $4 for a large fountain drink when the AM/PM across the street has a summer special where a large fountain drink is less than $1. On top of that, there was about a 1-2" void in my large drink. The bag for my mobile order was ripped, and instead of replacing it, they just warned me of the tear. I'm not sure I'll ever buy another fountain drink there after this.

Although I was the only one in the drive through, it took over 15 minutes. $19+ for a value meal is not a value for this type of food.
What a shame, 5:15 in the morning and still not open regardless of posted hours of operation. Guy taking garbage out said they “should be opened sometime around 6am”.

I used to like this place but the wait times have become ridiculous. There was only one car in front of us and it took at least 20 minutes to get through the line. I don't know if corporate ever sends undercover audits to check quality of service but if so, this store needs it.
Addition, it's already bad enough they close from 2-6 am, but they also apparently decide to close up before 2. I got there at 1:45 and they were already closed up. Closing at 2 means you take orders all the way up til 2. They really need to bring back 24 hours a day for those of us that work unusual schedules.

My husband and I wanted something quick to eat and visited this snack bar for the first and definitely last time. Our first question: can we eat inside was answered yes. After we ordered and paid, the young service employee said we had to take the food with us, he had to take a break now and if we sat inside then other guests would also want to come in and then he couldn't take a break... .... IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!!
To be fair, I have to say that we enjoyed the food.
