Went here to get some food. Their Teriyaki chicken bowl was terrible due to not having enough rice and only being half full. The Mello yellow tasted like soap and the employee didn't even give me a utensil to use for my Teriyaki bowl. Worst jack in the box I've seen

Don't usually leave reviews but the guy working the windows at ~5 30 was awesome. Super patient with questions and got the food out quick. Appreciate ya!

Never doing a doordash order here again. Took me 10 min to get to the store and I had to wait 30 more minutes when I got there for THEEE FRENCH TOAST STICK ORDERS that's it. And there was only 2 cars and 2customers inside. If that little of business throws a wrench in ur gears that hard then I don't think y'all should be in business. 30 min wait for fast food is crazy ASF esp when it's an online order ordered ahead of time. Y'all were too busy yankin ur chains n joking around in the back. Def never going here again or doing a doordash order there. Y'all need training BAD

Waited in drive thru line 30 minutes with a mobile order. Only 2 cars were ahead of me. If I didnât already pay thru app I wouldnât have stayed in line. I finally get to the window and the employee says making my order, then a few minutes later she goes oh wait your order is right here (next to the drive thru window). So I waited all this time plus my food was cold and they still didnât remove the pickles from my burger.

We were ordering our food and then when we pulled up at the drive in to get our food there was a rain cover. The lady who was working in the front offered us two free bacons for our dog because she was so cute. Our dog loved it.
