I got the Double Bacon SMASH burger with curly fries. The burger was so tasty & fries were HOT. My only complaint is that it was $20 just about, for that specific combo which was only a medium combo too. A little too pricey.

Ordered two Southwest salads. The salads had none of the ingredients it was supposed to have and didn't get the southwest salad dressing. Coffee ordered was cold and the ice tea had no flavor. It was like drinking water. I thought for ice tea it was a bit over priced at $3.79 for a med. $27. For two salads and two drinks.

My closest Jack in the Box is 45 Minutes away. So when I'm out of Town and there's one nearby, I plan it into my Meal Schedule. I love their oh so unhealthy yet OH SO YUMMY Tacos. I also delight in their having the Egg Rolls on their Menu. They have a lot more Foods that sound & look delicious but I get to go there so rarely that I'm craving my Tacos & Egg Roll. And I'm stuffed by the time I finish those 2.The Employees at the Chehalis Jack in the Box just before Noon on Sunday, 10 December 2023, were above average! I saw only 2 - Cook & Server. They were very very nice and I was really blessed by them!!! They truly deserve an Award for Outstanding Customer Service.

I find Jack in the Box to generally have slightly better food quality than many other fast food restaurants. The problem lies with their ability to adequately staff the business. I find this store is regularly under or poorly staffed. I get a sense that employees are just not interested in ensuring timely and quality service.
