The only thing good about this location is that they have a ‘Ms Pacman’ arcade game inside. The pizza was horrible! To start off with it was all cold, the sauce, cold, the crust, cold, the cheese cold. I’m sure you heard that slang of cardboard pizza. This was top level, cardboard, and cold at that.. They were pretty busy, but that doesn’t make an excuse for not having the quality product. Besides the pizza being non-edible not even for my dogs it wasn’t even cut into slices. I went to take the pizza back in to have them at least reheat it and cut it and they couldn’t do either. They wanted to throw away the pizza and cook us another one which would’ve been about 20 more minutes. I did not have time to wait. I think the right thing would have been to give us our money back so that we could go to another establishment and have something edible. Now we are Stuck with the worst pizza made ever, we have no more money to go to somewhere else to buy something good.

The pizza looked like someone grabbed it out of the dumpster, or It was sitting in the warmer all day. They didn't even have garlic butter dipping sauce. Pizza was gross and old.

They like to welcome customers but never look out on their lobby. It can be up to 10 minutes before the will come to the front counter. I did an online order and they finished out my order but left it on the counter for 10 minutes and never loaded it into the pizza portal. So I had to wait a long period of time for food that was just becoming spoiled.

I had ordered my pizza online and I had walked in when it said it would be done and there were like 9 other people that walked in with me and were waiting for to go orders they forgot items for everyone’s order when they were done and I didn’t get my pizza till about 45 min after waiting and it wasn’t even cooked maybe in the oven for about 2 min it was a 20 dollar gooey pizza

Ordered a pickup to be ready at 745 it didn’t get into the oven until 750, rude staff won’t be returning
Customer service is wonderful at this location!
Ezra, was apologetic for the slight delay because so many people were there getting pizza. He was very polite and went out of his way for us. He deserves a raise or a promotion!

Service was terrible. Had two orders placed both wrong girl said she would throw in some extra crazy bread that didn’t happen neither did any of our out order. Had to go back for our items that weren’t given to us and still wasn’t a filled order. I tied calling back 3 times still no answer. This branch is terrible!

Over worked under staffed, I went to get my pizza there is 1 girl working, 9 people waiting, poor girls busting her butt helping giving great customer service. Props to her my low review is for the scheduleing/managers do better! Its 1pm on a Saturday, its lunch time give your crew some help, either u help them or hire more people, tisk tisk

This lil Caesars really needs a reset. We like to order lil Caesars when they run deals on the app but every time we go to pick up the pizza it is always anywhere from 10-30 minutes late from our pick up time. The employees look lost and clueless whenever we go in too.
