My husband stopped there to pick up a quick dinner for our family. After sitting in their lobby for 45 min he brought home 2 pizzas. One that literally had no bottom crusts, it was light cheese stuck to the cardboard box. We didn’t even get cheese on our pizza barely. When I called to complain so I can get the pizza replaced ( to feed our kids) the girl told me that she can’t give it to me. The person who ordered it and picked up the order would have to come back and pick it up with ID. I explained that my husband has a long commute home and does not want to come back so he is sending me to get the replacement pizza. I asked for the supervisor. She then expressed the same thing and stated it was their policy. Nothing she could do.I also asked if it was an online delivery would it be sent back out? And expressed that I didn’t think their policy is fair at all. I asked for cooperate number so I can complain about their policy. She stated that there isn’t one. Not sure how to go about it but I guess we will just complain here!

Looked them up online checked their hours of operation said they were still open for a half an hour. Tried multiple times calling them to order ahead of time so the pizza could be in the portal when we got there many times the phone was not answered the phone finally was answered, they then just sat it on the counter Continuing to do what they were doing in the Store and not even asking me if I could hold. I literally had to send my significant other over to the pizza place just to place an order what’s the point in having online ordering if you can’t use it 30 minutes to closing it wants to give you the next day as the option for your pick up and then you try calling the store to place your order so it’s ready when you get there making it easier for them to as well but they don’t answer the phone and when they do they just lay it on the counter how is this good for business?

Update: I went back today to give it another try. I walked in and a woman in the back said someone would be right with me. After standing around for a while I finally just left. My initial review of 3 stars was the result of a combination of soggy pizza and unfriendly staff.

Man they make some really good pizza here and they don't over cook it either. Only other thing that sucks is you cannot order the pretzel pizza crusts ones without using the app for them to place the order.

Wasn't happy as I had a 45 minute wait for 2 pizzas. They "lost" One as I waited and had to make a new one. Pizza kiosk was also broken while I was there. Workers didn't know how to fix which caused alot of other people grief.
We had a very rude service worker ar 645 pm on 11/17/23. We put our code in for the pizza portal but it had the wrong order. I went to ask the worker about help and she gave a very rude and fake greeting and them accused me of ripping open the portal. She then reprimanded the girl in training even though she hadn't don't anything. When we apologized, she mumbled under breath and walked away. I get that everyone has bad days, but this was extreme.

Went Halloween night to pick up pizzas for my family. Had an awesome experience. Fast service, great fresh food and they even let my kids trick or treat and gave out candy. We for sure are making this our go to pizza place in Chehalis.
