Stopped by after work to get me a quick dinner. When I got home I realized that they had not put my fries in the bag. Disappointed, but I understand mistakes happen. This particular McDonald's is almost always on point with their service and food request.

I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years with my family, but the service has gone downhill badly. Yesterday I ordered five combo meals using the standard numbered menu. When we got our food, we were missing two large fries and two large Cokes and were given a single medium fry instead.
When I tried to get it corrected, the staff seemed totally confused about the combo pricing, and the assistant manager was dismissive. The manager was polite but also didn’t seem to understand the situation until I explained it several times. In the end, I was charged full price for items that should have been included in the original combos.
We come here often, especially with teenagers, but the continued decline in service and this experience in particular really changed how we feel about this location. I’ve reached out to the owner and haven’t heard back. Really disappointing for a place we’ve supported for so long.

Since it's near my work, we would order on occasion and I'd be on pickup All but one time has been good, just grab and go I went to pick up lunch as usual, and I had a coworker who couldn't have ketchup at all, so he got a cheeseburger without ketchup. At first they forgot his meal, so I had to run back before my lunch break was over to get it. Driving back in a hurry to give him his food, I found out they had given him a plain cheeseburger with only ketchup. I called the store, told them the mistake, and they offered to refund the whole order. I gave my coworker some of my food at that point so we were mostly good, so I went with the refund I only got half the refund and a free happy in the end, but it's better than nothing I guess.

they kept trying to give me a lemonade and chicken nuggets (numerous times) when I ordered 2 drinks. then didn’t give me a second straw so I had to pull around and go inside when I was already running late for work. I seriously thought that this was the only good McDonald’s in the area, guess I’ll be going to Centralia now.
Edit: Decided to try again at this location and they absolutely could not understand what I was saying or take an app code in the drive-through, I went inside to order at the register and had absolutely zero problem. It seems like the issue is just with the drive thru.
of the times i’ve last been here they have tried to get out of giving me my frappe? last time they said the machine was broken and the girl couldn’t figure out how to give me a refund and this time they made the wrong flavor, I asked for it to be remade into the flavor I wanted and the lady just took it and walked away? I had to go through the drive-through and pay again in order to get what I wanted. Definitely will be sticking to the airport McDonald’s from now on
