Since it's near my work, we would order on occasion and I'd be on pickup All but one time has been good, just grab and go I went to pick up lunch as usual, and I had a coworker who couldn't have ketchup at all, so he got a cheeseburger without ketchup. At first they forgot his meal, so I had to run back before my lunch break was over to get it. Driving back in a hurry to give him his food, I found out they had given him a plain cheeseburger with only ketchup. I called the store, told them the mistake, and they offered to refund the whole order. I gave my coworker some of my food at that point so we were mostly good, so I went with the refund I only got half the refund and a free happy in the end, but it's better than nothing I guess.

they kept trying to give me a lemonade and chicken nuggets (numerous times) when I ordered 2 drinks. then didn’t give me a second straw so I had to pull around and go inside when I was already running late for work. I seriously thought that this was the only good McDonald’s in the area, guess I’ll be going to Centralia now.
Edit: Decided to try again at this location and they absolutely could not understand what I was saying or take an app code in the drive-through, I went inside to order at the register and had absolutely zero problem. It seems like the issue is just with the drive thru.
of the times i’ve last been here they have tried to get out of giving me my frappe? last time they said the machine was broken and the girl couldn’t figure out how to give me a refund and this time they made the wrong flavor, I asked for it to be remade into the flavor I wanted and the lady just took it and walked away? I had to go through the drive-through and pay again in order to get what I wanted. Definitely will be sticking to the airport McDonald’s from now on

I went through the drive through for lunch and had to park, I waited for more than ten minutes, I went in and was handed a bag and I went down the road,only a half order of fries and when I opened up the hamburger box it had several bites taken out of it, I didn’t have time to go back and when I called nobody answered
Typical McDonald's experience and food quality. Definitely a good place for a quick bite when you don't have a lot of time.

I went to buy food for my kids on Thursday at 8.46 pm, I got a simple meal 20 nuggets and 2 medium fries and ice coffee went I receive my order Nugget was so hard and old Fries was just disgusting I away check my order because they aways Messed up so I asked the person who was helping me please get a fresh one,for some reason she got so mad and close the window and leave me talking by myself her name is Leticia so she help me at the window and she still ask for my Receipt I was still at the window went she was talking really bad about me with the crew Which is in professional They make me wait more than 25 minutes for fries and nuggets. Her attitude was nasty. I don’t understand why she was so upset They always messed up my order, but I continue going there because it’s the one closer to my house but definitely this is a horrible experience. No one should be treated like that I work for fast food and I don’t treat my customers like that.
