How hard is it to read the order and not put onions or pickles on my food? At least the past three times I've come here I've made sure I've ordered my food without both and each time I have been amazed at the ability of humans to not read directions. Im getting very tired of having to either go hungry or come back on my limited lunch time to get it remade.

I had a conversation with the store manager Cheyenne, and voiced my complaint about the customer service of their workers. Instead of owning up and taking accountability for their mistake, they tried to justify it. That’s a problem. A moral and ethical one. I will leave out the final details of the matter of my experience with this McDonald’s store, but there is a serious problem with customer service.
In any case, Cheyenne resolved the issue by giving me a complete refund. That much I am thankful.

McCrispy was asked to only have cheese and mayo. Was given ketchup and mayonnaise even with the tag and receipt saying it was just supposed to have mayonnaise and cheese.

I drove up to the drive thru window this morning & ordered 2 Sausage Egg Bisquit's with a slice of cheese & a small Mocha. I paid with Credit card but did not realize how much I paid until I already arrived at work. I happen to look at my receipt & was shocked to see that I was charged $6.39 per sandwich. They are normally $3.49 so because I asked for a slice of cheese I expected to pay extra figuring at least $1.00 more per slice is fine but that still does not add up to $6.39 each. I NEVER complained in the past when my order was messed up in some fashion but now I am. I just hope this isn't a habit of your establishment & others get RIPPED off like this. I know I will NEVER go back

Not sure how a burger can be dry with way too much sauce at the same time, but this place has done it consistently for at least the last 2 times I've stopped here. So disappointing to spend an inflated amount of money..to get a poor quality meal, almost inedible.The burger wasn't missing any ingredients, so it's not like any money was saved.. it was just so poorly put together it ended up being just gross.

My expectations are very low, but Hayden was very courteous. I didn't expect a McDonald's employee to greet with eye contact and hold the door before taking out the curb side order. His simple gesture reminds me that I'm more than just a McDonald customer on the books, but a person.

I placed a mobile order and they refused service to me claiming I wouldn’t pay when I paid online. The McDonald’s by Staples is better anyways.

Terrible. Always have to park and wait for food. McDonald's is terrible in general about this. Parking cars to help lower their drive through numbers
This is going to probably sound like a funny/ weird review, but I’ve never had a better more fresh bun ever from a McDonald’s. Idk if we just got lucky or not but we red pleased! Nothings worst than getting a dry, wrinkled bun from anywhere!! Young guy at drive thru window was great as well!

Would give zero star if possible. Half food order was wrong, no sauce given on a 20 piece nugget after specifically asking at window if it was there. Ordered fresh fries and they were cold and clearly old and rubbery. Biggest waste of 35 dollars.

Unfortunately, the McDonalds by I-5 at the gas station is terrible. We've waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru, we've waited over 15 minutes in the parking spot, I went in once and would not go back in there again (sanitation.) We eat here if we have to, but try to avoid it for Wendy's, BK, or even Sonic (or another McD'S a little further down.
Skip this one. Have run into a rude manager too, drive thru employees are nice (just trying to do their job.)
