I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years with my family, but the service has gone downhill badly. Yesterday I ordered five combo meals using the standard numbered menu. When we got our food, we were missing two large fries and two large Cokes and were given a single medium fry instead.
When I tried to get it corrected, the staff seemed totally confused about the combo pricing, and the assistant manager was dismissive. The manager was polite but also didn’t seem to understand the situation until I explained it several times. In the end, I was charged full price for items that should have been included in the original combos.
We come here often, especially with teenagers, but the continued decline in service and this experience in particular really changed how we feel about this location. I’ve reached out to the owner and haven’t heard back. Really disappointing for a place we’ve supported for so long.

I feel disappointed every time I get McDs. What is wrong with your meat. Why does it taste so artificial now. Also, why is the food always cold. Unnecessary. Will not be returning to Mc Donalds ever again. Overpriced for foul flavored food.
The best McDonald's I've ever seen. The food is perfect every time I've gone. I don't know what's happening here but it has to be magic. Why can't you be closer to us in Lakewood. We visit it when we come back from visiting the parents.

Ordered a breakfast sandwich combo and asked for mustard on the sandwich. Given a cold sandwich wirh no mustard,cold hash brown that was broken in pieces and my coffee order was wrong. Get to the bottom of the bag and they threw in a single mustard packet. People working real hard there to get every aspect of the order wrong.
