I placed an order in the drive thru and when I got home I found I was missing a sandwich and my cheeseburger consisted of the bun and two beef patties. I called and they asked I come in and they would replace the sandwich and provide me the one they missed. I got home again and the cheeseburger was correct however, I then ended up with a McChicken with Mac sauce. I am not going back a third time and will not be visiting this location again in the future.

We just went through McDonald's for my 71-year-old mom and she placed an order, and they only gave us the double cheeseburger. They didn't even give us the 10 mcnuggets. The milk, anything like that she spent nineteen dollars now won't answer there phones this horrible customer service in napavine.... very dispointed

I commute along I5, and have made multiple visits to the various locations between Portland and Seattle. This particular location is consistently the worst. Every time I think, oh, they deserve a second chance, and I return, they reinforce their reputation. Customize an item? You likely won’t be receiving what you ordered. I ordered a McDouble and received a burger with a single patty and none of the modifications I requested. I ordered a McDouble and McChicken and received a chicken Big Mac. No matter how careful you are, they’ll find a way to mess up your order. Save yourself the headache and drive a few more exits to a better McDonalds, or just go to the Burger King next door.

I'm a truck driver and I stop here somewhat regularly. This place, (in my opinion) is one of the few McDonald's and even businesses in general that I've ALWAYS had a great experience at. The people are great, attentive, seem to genuinely care, don't make mistakes, friendly etc... today is December 2nd, 2024 ,9:20 am and I want to give extra appreciation and gratitude to Jacqueline (in not sure how she spells it so hopefully this is correct), she was absolutely the one thing today that will get me through till the end, without feeling negative about anything, in a job filled with it. This is one of the nicest, smiling, angelic people I've come across in any business. Please notice her and reward her with kind words, on a first name basis, maybe a bonus, whatever but, do NOT let her go each day without giving her the riders she deserves. I've been top boys in several business's and middle mngmnt and regular employee and I can tell you first hand that, you do NOT want to lose her. If she desires to run a store one day, help her because, she would be great at it. Thank you to all. James

Ordered using mobile app but they said they didn't receive it. Had to reorder and paid with a different card. They charged me anyway! After double billing I sent a message and heard back from Cara (store manager) that I had to wait eight days for resolution. Unacceptable. Never had a problem with the Burger King app so that's my go to from now on. Reading other reviews show this is a poorly run McDonalds and Cara's response only confirmed the other reviews. BTW, it was $8.96. They lost a customer for $8.96!!!

The Milkshakes are legendary and the fries are good too.
This place is atrocious. No cards in drive thru taken/ all robot’s running your orders which you have to enter yourself. No straw station or condiments you have to wait until someone peaks out of the back/ not a single person eating inside so unfriendly

Told to wait at space two for order. After a bit the girl took my food to space 1. The people rifled thru my sack of food and figured it was not their order to it was brought over me. One quarter of the patty was off to the side. The fries and hamburger were cold and no salted on the fries. Fries were not edible. Wasted $18.00 on a lousy meal.
