Have been in line for 20 minutes stall buttons don’t work place is run down ran by high school kids that don’t care screen on drive thru has been broken for 4 years im finally done with this place no wonder it has bad reviews!
every time I’ve gone staff has been consistently so nice and get my order correct every time (unlike other sonics lol) . all the staff deserve a raise fr <3
It's been over 20 minutes that I've been waiting for my order and nobody answers when you press the little red button.
Sat at the drive up for 20mins b4 going through the drive thru sat in that without cars for 20+ mins
Might be the worst sonic I've ever been to
Oil was old and too hot. Greasy scorched fries & chicken straps. All food was not hot. Fries were cold.
I love every other sonic I go to, but the staff seem sad to have to be here, and food is not up to other sonics I've been too. You have to use drive through only bays are closed. I gave this location 3 tries, but can't suggest or go back
High prices for bland, dry food.
I am a DoorDash driver and the employees tried to get me to pay $36 of my own personal money for an order that was only $10. Completely rude and unacceptable.
Store is always understaffed. Food is sloppy. Employees always say there's only two of us here, and the stalls are closed and you have to go through the drive-thru which is completely packed because there's nobody there. Usually staffing is reflective of management. This issue's been going on for too many years.

Didn’t have the best experience, their drive in service wasn’t available (not enough staff), they ice cream machines were broken, and we also found a hair in our food. This place is in desperate need of some help.
There are clearly some ownership issues here. Seems like the employees are trying their best with the limited resources they have. This is the most inconsistent and disappointing Sonic I’ve been to.
I leave reviews regularly to help others make informed decisions, and this Sonic Drive-In has some recurring issues that are hard to overlook. The location seems consistently understaffed, which causes long wait times—even when there aren’t many cars. The staff are doing what they can, but the operation just isn’t smooth.
On this particular visit, we tried ordering from one of the drive-in parking stalls, but were told they weren’t serving the stalls at that time and that we had to go through the drive-through instead. The walk-up kiosk was also broken, and someone nearby mentioned that’s a common issue—they’re often told to use the app to order instead. So between the broken walk-up screen and the closed stalls, ordering felt like a game of trial and error.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t make up for the hassle. The tater tots were soggy, and the rest of the meal felt like it had been sitting too long or just thrown together without care. It’s not that I expect gourmet from Sonic, but when even the basics fall flat, it’s hard to enjoy.
With better staffing and a reliable ordering process, this could be a solid location. But right now, it’s more frustrating than convenient.
Placed an order online, arrived 3 mins before pick up to find the entire restaurant was closed. After trying customer service multiple time I was finally able to contact the store the next day. 7-10 days to get my money back? I understand that things happen and they may have had to shut down early, however most restaurants won't allow you to order when they are closed.
