Sonic has gone down hill in the years i've dropped by. The food is just subpar now. Sloppily put together, slippery hot dogs and soggy buns. The lemonade is maybe a saving grace.
Placed an order online using the Sonic App. Arrived at location and checked in using app. Waited 20 minutes. Went and found a worker who indicated they were short staffed and I need to go through the drive thru, which took another 20 minutes.
When I got the food it was good. But it was extremely frustrating to expect food at 7:56pm (when the app said it would be ready) and to actually get it around 8:40pm.

The food is great and the service is even better! I’ve always enjoyed the food here and the service I’ve received today was beyond hospitality thanks to Blake for helping me when my vehicle broke down in the drive-thru! Thanks once again!
