I'm from out of town, and every time I've stopped in... they are closed. It makes me wonder if they are permanently closed. No it's not in the evening time either, nor before wee hours in the morning.

Haven’t had problems up until now order taker rude & made drink wrong didn’t apologize after telling her my order 3 times still didn’t get it right. She even went to question me about my choices in dairy free milk. unfortunately that employees can really bring down an establishment. This branch needs to work on customer service and drink preparation.

Handsdown the absolute worst location I've ever been to. The manager is incredibly rude. I willhappily drive 15 minutes north to the centralia store where they get my order right & if they dont they aren't completely disrespectful. What's worse is the manager was the lady who was rude as hell.
Very unhappy with my matcha frap. Didn't make it to order. And the Ice was not even blended up all the way.
