Went to pick up my coffee as I always do, except today I didn’t use my app first.omg today was the worst experience with them. The bigger set lady at the window was extremely rude from the second I pulled up, Seemed she really was rushed to get me out of the way, mind you that When ordering there was no one behind me. From the moment I went to pay it all started!! Very disappointed and maybe that extra drive to another location will be worth it

The baristas here made the absolutely BEST chocolate cream I've ever had at Starbucks. I ordered the Nitro Cold Brew with a splash of oatmilk and extra chocolate cream, my regular, and it was so good I left with 2 ventis instead of 1. Both, made by different baristas, were absolutely amazing.

Not so keen on the burnt coffee taste. Also I like a 24oz and the largest I can get at SB is a 20oz. Also the whole pride use my pronouns issue is out of hand. I don't want that kind of experience when I come for coffee. I just want coffee and maybe a cream cheese danish

The workers at the Chehalis location on Louisiana Avenue are by far some if the worst I’ve ever encountered. Nothing but attitude and couldn’t even make the drinks correctly. When we questioned why the drinks didn’t have strawberries in them, we received nothing and no solutions, just laughter and snide comments.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years and get the same thing almost every time, to the point where most of the baristas know my name based on my order and new hires learn it pretty fast. I've almost always had a fantastic experience even when my drink doesn't always come out perfect. I'd say that my drink is made awesome, about 80% of the time and the 20% that it isn't, is always okay because the baristas are so kind and hardworking and I know they are doing their best. Special thanks to Stacey, Sophie, Maddie, and Abby.
The breakfast sandwich/wrap was surprisingly tasty. I think it was just egg white and spinach. The vanilla cream iced coffee was way too sweet for me. Not a lot of seating if one wanted to work or study, this would not be the ideal location. Its really only good for takeaway. It was a convenient stop on a long drive for us. The staff were friendly and fast.

Will continue to go to the one on Rush road. This location doesn't know how to make drinks properly, and horrible customer service at the time I went as well. Cashier had an attitude for no reason. Part of why I'm a loyal Starbucks customer is the service. Some of the worst coffee I've ever had, and it was my go-to drink I ordered that I've had plenty of times, so I know how it's supposed to look, and taste. Go to a different location is all I'm saying this one isn't up to par with other Starbucks in the area.

Starbucks is kinda Starbucks everywhere and this one is no different. That's good and bad... we met up with a friend and tried to spend an hour with coffee and chatting but it was so noisy we couldn't hear each other. It's clean. The folks are nice.

Service was a little slow at first because a very confused old lady was holding up the line. The manager displayed extraordinary patience in dealing with her. Eventually I got to place my order for a nitro cold brew. I got it quickly and it was delicious. The staff seemed to be working hard. Nice work ladies!
