I ordered 5 sandwiches from your napavine store in Washington state was told they had to deny my order because they was to busy I told them to remove one if I needed to they stated I needed to call it in for that many sandwiches that's so wrong I spent 80 bucks at ur store t here was no one in the drive through but me and 2 cars in parking lot I ordered a meatball sub and the guy said it would take them 20min if I wanted that I didn't have 25min it's poor poor business when I spent over 70bucks there

People are good food is good but the subway policy don’t like they hide meats with steel cover. I don’t see and like that subway hide the food. They make excuse it’s for hygiene but actually when something is bad people hide. That’s why I no more eating subway until they change the hiding policy. And encourage and aware to my friends for this.

This is a great place to eat if you'd like moldy bread paired with frozen veggies! It's very obvious from a consumer standpoint that nothing is handled properly here from staffing to the food and it's hilarious how many positive reviews this trashpile has managed to build up. The owner and management in general must not care much about the quality of their business. Worst place in town!

Jenn was the one who helped me today, she made me an AMAZING sandwich with only one hand it was like watching a doctor preform a llife saving surgery. After I got my food I started getting mugged by a dwarf for my sandwich bc she just made it so good and when she saw she leaped over the counter and started fighting this small rabid creature she was truly my knight in shining armor as she fought him off with a spatula, not to mention that she was also using ONE HAND because she was using her other to hold up my grandpa due to him passing out at the sight of this garden knome looking man and before I knew it she scared away this little man and brought me back my grandfather and sandwiches, and I asked her to kiss my baby on the cheek like the true American hero she is!!! ❤️❤️❤️?????? ???

Overpriced food with smelly (B.O.!) staff who were saying all sorts of offensive (and hurtful) things very loudly when me and my husband walked in that I wouldn't dare repeat here or anywhere else. There was one employee helping me with multiple employees standing around in the back in plain sight doing nothing to help. Grimy, sticky floors and gnarly looking vegetables, dust everywhere - even on the potato chips.. I know Subway sandwich shops are well beyond their prime but this place is disgusting.
