We dinned in on my lunch break, they didn't seem to be too busy. The front lobby was dirty, food on the floors, cheese on the back of chairs and dirty tables. Our burritos were terrible. The chicken was like rubber and hard to even bite into. There was 3 times more tortilla, it's like they put the smallest oldest chicken in the burrito. We will never go back to this location. Near Chehalis WA Walmart

They always have to mess at least 1 thing up every time we go. For example, today I asked for no tomatoes on my chalupa and there were tomatoes on it, and got a gordita that was supposed to have no spicy ranch on it and they put ranch on it. And they never give us our sauce.

Weird..there was no screen showing what I ordered and no price so when I got to the drive up window, she gave me my food and closed the window and walked away before I could look for a receipt..no receipt in the bag so I’m at the window knocking on the glass ..finally someone gave me a receipt..price was more than advertised online .. also they gave me the wrong order..I’ll have to look into this some more.. Update: No funny business here. I just got charged for a steak burrito which I'm told is more expensive than the beef burrito. I didn't order the steak but that's okay. Funny the prices aren't updated online.

Went to TacoBell and had a terrible worker. She kept trying to talk politics with me and all I wanted was my food to come quicker. Food was old and not as good by the time this person was done talking.

The food here is great. It's nice not getting food poisoning or stomach aches from Taco Bell. The Crunch wrap supreme is amazing without the extra sour cream and lettuce.
The menu is overpriced. The people working the drive-through are not very articulate. They told me that they did not honor or participate in the TV. Add's because they are a franchise.

2 times I’ve gone through the drive through and paid for sour cream and got stiffed. Got home and went to eat my steak quesadilla- no sour cream and not cut in pieces, but got a nice long hair in the middle. Thanks a lot 😑
