Fantastic food and my new favorite stop on I5 between Portland and Seattle. I had the side salad to start which came with a delicious huckleberry vinaigrette, something I’d never tried before. For my main course I had the stuffed Mediterranean chicken which was fantastic. Overall, highly recommend this stop! The decor and ambience were top notch as well.

Visiting from the east coast, tried out many restaurants in the area and this was the best one yet. Our waitress was Crystal and she was very informative, attentive and friendly. We shared the caramelized onion and bacon dip which was delicious. I had the Mediterranean stuffed chicken which was excellent and my husband had the filet mignon which was well done perfectly to his taste, while my father had the parmesan white fish which he thoroughly enjoyed. Both my dad and I had the berry cobbler which was served warm as if it was just baked and it was so tasty. My husband loved the flourless chocolate cake. 10/10 highly recommend!

I reserved The Quincy for the rehearsal dinner the night before my son’s wedding and it turned out fabulous in every way. Wonderful historic location and a classy feel. Shelby took the initiative to call me about 3 weeks in advance to firm up details, and we exchanged several emails following the phone call. She totally understood the assignment and provided great guidance and advice! They custom printed menus with the Bride and Groom’s names and wedding colors at no extra cost—a swoon-worthy surprise for them! Her communication was very clear and she followed thru on EVERY discussion. The food was hot and GOOD, the drinks excellent, the salads crisp and the desserts were YUMMY. Because of Shelby’s great communication, our expectations were exceeded! Service was also fabulous! Our crowd of 20+ was full of compliments! It bears mentioning that I was slightly worried about available parking, but there was ample street parking for us at 6:00 on a Thursday evening. You won’t be disappointed!

Came to Chehalis from Olympia today to check out a fabric store. Before heading back we had the most wonderful dinner at The Quincy! Just WOW! We started with Honey Bee cocktails (fresh grapefruit juice!) and the fondue. Sooo yummy. Krystal was our server. Top notch…kind, helpful and fun! Dinners were the Mediterranean Chicken and Clam Linguine, both delicious. Loved that roasted half lemon with the linguine! Then, omg the berry cobbler - perfect blend of tart and sweet. Wish this gem was in Olympia so I could visit more often. Shall be back for sure though!
