This was the absolute best dining experience I have found in Lewis County in 10 years of living here. Don’t know what took me so long, the place is awesome. Stacie was our server, excellent job! Food was amazing! Highly reccomend.

Excellent food and service. A great place for a special event or date night. Pricing is what you would expect for an upscale restaurant, but well worth it.

We had an excellent date night. My wife loved the seasonal cocktail selection and the pork chop. My favorite was the white fish. We will be back.

An excellent find in Downtown Chehalis with a good variety of foods to choose from. Crystal, our server, was attentive, but not too intrusive. Everyone enjoyed the dishes they ordered. If you're in the Downtown Chehalis area, try The Quincy. You won't be disappointed.

I usually don't write reviews but this place was truly special. The staff was nice and the food was fantastic! I went with my boyfriend and he also loved the place. When we were done we were able to meet the chef Kyuss, he was very polite and we thanked him for his good cooking. We will definitely be coming back here next time we're in Centralia. 5 stars all the way!

We had the best time at The Quincy! Food was delicious. BBQ shrimp as an app - and the butter at the bottom of the dish, so good with a couple pieces of bread. Music was great. Service was wonderful. And I love that they give an option of mocktails for those of us who don't drink. Well done. Will definitely be going back.

Everything was excellent, was definitely worth the drive from neighboring town. We shared an appetizer, each had an entree and shared a special dessert. The dessert was something we have never had before, a southern style cake which was excellent. Also, shared a very nice bottle of french Sauvignon Blanc, a great recommendation from our server.

Can always count on great food an experience at the Quincy. We had a friend from Seattle down for a visit and could only think of a couple restaurants that would be a guaranteed success. Since she comes from an area that has so many good choices, we had to bring her here. Sure enough she went on and on about how good her fish dinner was, moist and tasty. So having desert only seemed right, and the flourless chocolate cake was perfect. So glad we have such a wonderful restaurant here.

Great service. The food was ok... not outstanding for flavor. Hard veggies that were on the side and pretty salty smoked pork chop. We were impressed with the waitress and really were excited about trying this place.

Great restaurant in cute downtown area in Chehalis. We were at Great Wolf Lodge for the weekend and wanted to grab dinner elsewhere. Small restaurant with a great playlist, friendly service and tastefully decorated. Menu was nicely curated with just the right amount of options without being overwhelming. Delicious cocktails. Food wise, we had the giant pretzel, starter salads, chicken ravioli and flat iron steak. Our only complaint was the kid’s Mac n cheese they made for our daughter was very salty. Otherwise it was fantastic. We had a lovely time away from the lodge’s crowd.

Amazing food, excellent waitstaff and when Pat Murphy is there to play his guitar and sing country music you are in for a treat! Four of us went in last night. We had seasonal salad (with steak), caramel and bacon dip, string fries, Korean bbq wings (to die for) and a “smash burger”. They kept the wine and soft drinks flowing, keeping glasses full. Pat Murphy played all the great older country music and rivaled George Strait. They have limited hours at times, so check before you go.
