Plain atmosphere especially on the lower level (which notably fills up slower than the upper level), but the burgers are priced right, great tasting, and served with just the right amount of fries.
CJ's has the best food in the valley, hands down. Couple that with stupidly low prices and I'm not sure why you'd want to go anywhere else. The side salad is a work of art all on its own, and deserves some sort of medal.
