I can’t say enough great things about Layla’s and their staff. I am in town for the week for a girls trip. We came into Layla’s to watch the Mariner’s game and received the best service from Heather, the bartender. We are a lively crew and we had so much fun watching the game there, we went back a 2nd night. Night 2, Tyson was our bartender and he also was incredible. We will be back for night 3 and 4 to watch the game, have delicious drinks and fantastic food. Everyone working was friendly, and seemed like they really enjoy their jobs. Make this a stop when you are in Chelan!

The bartender was soooo rude. I never in my life experienced service this bad. I don’t want to use the racist card but she was serving everyone else but my husband (Caucasian) and me. She ignored us for 22 minutes passing by us and ignoring us. So we asked her for drinks and she said I am the only one here you are gonna have to wait. Really? then she served a big party of 6 people took their order and took them drinks to the table and she kept ignoring us. Finally we asked her “hey can we get some drinks we have been waiting for 22 minutes then she said I am not gonna serve you get out!” Wait what? The awful part is that it was my husband’s birthday. We didn’t even get a menu lol anyway. Bartender needs therapy poor lady. She hates her job. Or hates beautiful Mexican Women lol

Drinks are good but man the service is beyond terrible.
The server didn’t want to be here and clearly didn’t want to deal with people ordering drinks.
Any chance of us ordering food disappeared when we had to interact with the server.

The Korean BBQ sandwich and the Banh Mi tacos were really good, the Crab Rangoon dip was disappointing.
EDIT: To the owner question, what in particular left us feeling disappointed. We expected crab in the dip and didn't find any. It seemed like a simple warmed cream cheese with some spices blended in baked with diced green onions on top.

We came in just after 7 intending to get dinner. I was really excited about the menu! We were told the food was delayed by about an hour but we were ok with that, we ordered an app and a drink. The server never checked on us, but a busser came after about half an hour to deliver the app. The server visited the table next to us several times, but didn't come back to us until a few minutes after 8. We tried to order dinner and she said the kitchen was closed, so we left. We are now getting pizza and I'm very disappointed, I wish she would have said something. The pot stickers were good but unfortunately I can't speak for anything else on the menu.

Wow what a night and day difference in service. Layla's was such a good find from my partner. Ben really knocked every part of service out as well and the chef. It's refreshing to see two people works together so well and it really shows here.
