I canât say enough great things about Laylaâs and their staff. I am in town for the week for a girls trip. We came into Laylaâs to watch the Marinerâs game and received the best service from Heather, the bartender. We are a lively crew and we had so much fun watching the game there, we went back a 2nd night. Night 2, Tyson was our bartender and he also was incredible. We will be back for night 3 and 4 to watch the game, have delicious drinks and fantastic food. Everyone working was friendly, and seemed like they really enjoy their jobs. Make this a stop when you are in Chelan!

Timing is incorrect, we went at 8:30pm and the restaurant was closed. They didnât post any note or online announcement regarding this. Very disappointing.

So terrible. From the start, waitress super rude, unwelcoming, made us feel like she didnât want us to be there, incredibly rude responses. Not even passing plates down, pouring us a well tequila when we ordered reposado. Food was terrible and worst than even the waitress, if you can believe that, there was a total infestation of fruit flies all over us at the table. We were literally fighting them off ourselves and the food. Thousands of them. The staff clearly knew about it because they had cider vinegar jars next to the table. Yet nobody came by to see how they could help or apologize for the inconvenience of seeing a group of 4 swatting flies off their food, drinks, faces for the entirety of the time we were there.

Went here on a Sunday. Waitress/bartender was very nice and explained she was the only one working so there would be a wait. It is important to know THIS IS A BAR, so minors cannot be seated inside. Limited outside seating is available. The food was good, we got the Bavarian pretzel, shrimp sandwich, tacos, and chicken wraps.

Heather did an absolute amazing job handling all the tables orders and drinks by herself! We had a really good time and felt cared for despite how busy it was. Thank you Heather!
Could tell you anything about this place other then they say they are open untill 10. But they only serve food untill 8. You really should let folks know this so they dont waste there time.

The bartender was soooo rude. I never in my life experienced service this bad. I donât want to use the racist card but she was serving everyone else but my husband (Caucasian) and me. She ignored us for 22 minutes passing by us and ignoring us. So we asked her for drinks and she said I am the only one here you are gonna have to wait. Really? then she served a big party of 6 people took their order and took them drinks to the table and she kept ignoring us. Finally we asked her âhey can we get some drinks we have been waiting for 22 minutes then she said I am not gonna serve you get out!â Wait what? The awful part is that it was my husbandâs birthday. We didnât even get a menu lol anyway. Bartender needs therapy poor lady. She hates her job. Or hates beautiful Mexican Women lol
