Marcela’s Cocina Mexicana has the best hours in the winter. It’s nice to have a date night early in the week and have a wonderful drink, great food and love the staff. We came in at 8pm and the staff was sincere in greeting us and seating us in our favorite place in the bar. We will be back.

I am a local person. My takeout order was wrong so I called to get a replacement. They messed it up again and forgot chips and salsa. The staff were rude and the food was like warm. Very disappointed. Recommend La Brisa instead. Much better food and service.

We stopped in for lunch on our first day in town for a conference and had such a great experience that we came back later that night for drinks. All three of us ordered fajitas and they were absolutely delicious, huge portions, perfectly seasoned, and served sizzling hot. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming.
The restaurant had just been decorated for Día de los Muertos, and it looked colorful, festive, and full of personality. Later that evening, after most places had closed, we came back for margaritas, and they did not disappoint!
Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area, it’s the perfect mix of great food, great drinks, and great vibes.

Every time I have been to Marcela’s for dine-in or carry-out over the last 9.5 years, it has been consistently wonderful! The kind and attentive waiting staff, the vibrant atmosphere, & the delicious food offerings are top notch. The price for a large portion of food is great too—I can spilt a meal with another person, or take the other half home for another meal. Marcela’s, hands down is truly one of Chelan’s greatest restaurants.

First off, Tania’s customer service was excellent and beyond that the food exceeded expectations. I ordered fish tacos and carne asada tacos and my wife ordered shrimp enchiladas. All were 10/10 i definitely recommend the asada. The meat was tender and smoky. This was some of the best Mexican food that I’ve had in the PNW
