The food was very, very delicious. Not all Mexican restaurants are equal, this area lucked up with a good one. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious 🥰😋

Every time I have been to Marcela’s for dine-in or carry-out over the last 9.5 years, it has been consistently wonderful! The kind and attentive waiting staff, the vibrant atmosphere, & the delicious food offerings are top notch. The price for a large portion of food is great too—I can spilt a meal with another person, or take the other half home for another meal. Marcela’s, hands down is truly one of Chelan’s greatest restaurants.

First off, Tania’s customer service was excellent and beyond that the food exceeded expectations. I ordered fish tacos and carne asada tacos and my wife ordered shrimp enchiladas. All were 10/10 i definitely recommend the asada. The meat was tender and smoky. This was some of the best Mexican food that I’ve had in the PNW
So this place definitely has room for improvement. 1. The salsa with the chips was quite spicy. 2. This place is big with an upper seating section as well. We were made to sit on the top. Service was spotty. Staff was, most of the time, nowhere to be seen. Perhaps if you have two levels, always have at least one staff member on the top floor. 3. Food took quite a while to arrive. Not typical of a Mexican restaurant. Maybe because it was a vacation day at a tourist attraction, but they should be prepared for it better.

Amazing and authentic tasting food, quick and polite service, kind of a fast food atmosphere but clean, and overshadowed by the quality of the food. Super good and fresh! Whole family enjoyed everything they ordered.
