Aside from being doted upon by my own mother, I have never felt more loved or cared for by a hotel team than when I stayed at Riverwalk Inn. If you are yearning for that feeling of home away from home you need to visit the kind people at this place. It’s like the best parts of Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter all baked into one lovely stay.

Unmatched service, cute rooms, perfect location. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a lovely Chelan trip. Makes you feel like you’re living in a movie

One of my favorite places to Chelan. Amazing food, and fantastic hospitality.

The cinnamon roll is the best I've ever had.

Stayed here for the hotel and breakfast.
Hotel was great. Very easy to find close and free parking. Rooms were perfect size and stayed cool. Close to water and downtown
Cafe was great also. Portions are generous.

Great location, breakfast was amazing. Brooms were pretty small, but I kind of expected that when I booked it. The towels in our room were obviously old stains on them. They also did not have an ice machine for my cooler. I think the overall value did not meet my expectations. It's not that I would not stay here again, I just think there might be better options.

Enjoyed lunch, ordered from the counter and sat outside at the patio. Relaxing atmosphere and amazing sandwiches!

They took one hour to get our party of 6 our food. We have plans and now are late. The place is also empty as of right now. We are the only ones seated I don’t understand how this can be taking so long. Don’t come here WASTE OF

We just got home from staying at the River Walk in for 4 days. The only time we ate at the Cafe was the first day when we were waiting to check in and their bagel was very good- but took so long to get; but we had time to kill so it wasn't a huge deal.
The hotel- we went in to see if we could check in early and they told us what room we would be in, and looked in the key box and she said "looks like the people haven't checked out, I don't have the keys" (check out is 11, this was arpund 1230) no worries, we knew we were early so we decided to walk across the street to the park and we happened to see the door of our room name, and it was opened so we assumed it was being cleaned. We walked around the park, went to lunch, walked back by the room and it was still open. So we decided to change in our car so we could go play in the lake, we go back by and the door it shut. So we go in to see if we could check in - they didn't even give us that room. Olay whatever, not a huge deal but it would have been nice to be informed if the room we were actually put in, was ready when we first asked...
Our room ended up being upstairs which comes with a back set of stairs in case you want to leave and come back after hours. We ended up using these every time because I didn't want to walk through the Cafe in our swimsuits or with our suitcases and stuff, while there is a cafe full of people. The room was really small, the door opens into the bed and was difficult to maneuver around sometimes. It comes with a mini fridge and an AC unit. The ceiling had stains and the toilet, had a brown mark on the floor under the hose (where im assuming watter drips and just sits?) We also never had maids come to our room to clean during those 4 days, which was weird because our mini trash can they put in the bathroom was full the first night. We also had to go downstairs to ask for extras of stuff. They have a microwave in the hallway for everyone on the top floor to share, we never used it.
Also don't plan on sleeping in! The walls are so thin- we could hear conversations through the walls of the people next to us and you can hear all the dishes and commotion of the Cafe in the morning. It is in a very convenient location and we walked pretty much everywhere, but it needs to be renovated!
Rooms: Very small, thin walls, needs updates
Walkability: Right across the street from the park, close to food and shopping.

Restaurant review: very cute order-the-counter style place. Delicious homemade bagels, pastries and bread. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. It's a casual spot that is in the lobby of the Inn. We used the provided sidewalk chalk while we waited for our food.

You will wait over 1.5 hours for your food. DO NOT COME HERE!! One cook, no service, terrible waiters and no communication.

We were here in a room in 2022 and I left a review but looks like that was removed for some dark reason. No idea why. Maybe because it wasn't great? (cracked floor tiles; sticking floor; ...).
The breakfast room was closed, so we tried it now in 2024.
It took 45 minutes to get our food. A simple, overpriced avocado toast that takes 5 minutes at most to put together but we had to wait 45 minutes for it. It wasn't that busy at all. This shouldn't have taken more than 15 to 20 minutes.
The egg on the toast was cold...so maybe the plates were standing there for a long time before being served!?
This will teach me giving 20% tip on something I didn't get yet and then getting all stressed out because of the long wait.
