I was in Chelan on Tuesday. My friends and I wanted to buy a floaty to use in the pool and the Lake. We found three and asked if they could inflate them for us. An employee named Shannon was so gracious and did this for us even though it did take some time. We were so impressed with her Customer Service. This Safeway is our go to Store when we are in Chelan.
Theresa in the bakery dept is amazing. Not only is her cake decorating/art work impeccable and beautiful, her customer service went above and beyond what I could have expected. We had a mix up on a relatively big order I had placed (celebrating lots of birthdays on one day!) and although it was not her mistake, she stayed late to correct it and get my order completed. She went above and beyond in her decorating and really made up for it all! She was so friendly, helpful and apologetic....read full review

What's there to say? I mean, it's a Safeway. They have all the stuff you need for your Air B or hotel fridge. However I received excellent help from management there, after not saving a work related receipt, they dug into records so we could be reimbursed. Thanks for your very helpful service!
