Sevice was superb, food was very good BUT there were 4-5 dogs in the establishment running through the bar almost tripping people, peeing on the legs of the pool table and the worst was a dog sitting on one of the tables! Yuk!

The staff was friendly, but the overall atmosphere felt chaotic and awkward. Reminiscent of a wild frat party. It was a bit uncomfortable having random fluids dripping from the ceiling on to my head, arms etc… not the cleanest environment. Do not wear flip flops in here. And watch your drinks.

recently visited Senor Frogs and was appalled by the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed by the staff. From the moment we walked in, the bartender was incredibly rude and unwelcoming.
After taking our IDs, she walked them to the end of the bar and stared at them for a solid five minutes, then inexplicably handed them to a customer sitting at the bar. This bizarre behavior was followed by her returning our IDs and stating she wasn't comfortable accepting them. While it is within her right to refuse service, her attitude was unnecessarily snappy and hostile from the outset.
The entire interaction made it abundantly clear that she wanted us to leave before we even had a chance to sit down. Such unprofessional and unpleasant behavior is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. If you value good service and a welcoming atmosphere, avoid this bar at all costs.
Oh and I can’t forget the awful smell, I was a care giver for 3 years, and it smells like a diaper. Do it’s clear the bar is not clean either.

Tried to go to this bar while in chelan for a friend's bday. I was pregnant and only made it in 5 steps before turning around and running back out because it smells SO strongly of pee. Others in my group smelled it too, so it wasn't just my picky pregnancy nose ? can't speak to more than that but I wouldn't go back purely for that reason.
