This is a beautiful setting and in some ways a favorite place. However, they do not want you to do wine tasting. $25 for a tasting fee and then buy THREE bottles to cover the tasting fee. There are so many other great winery choices. We will not be back to Siren Song.

Wines are good, ambience is good but flies killed the whole vibe. Please do something about it.

Beautiful location and views. Very nice Italian ambiance. Food was fantastic and staff very attentive, all made for a very enjoyable experience.

It insists upon itself.

Wine was just OK. It’s ridiculous that you cannot get a pizza or other foods if you are planning on doing a wine tasting.there’s only a certain area you can sit at and certain food you can eat !

We made reservations for 9 of us ladies. We are lovely, low key, gracious AB’s they knew we were coming. We were met with flat rudeness at the door. Refused to let us sit together and told us we aren’t allowed to access the full menu. Next we were told we couldn’t sit together. She finally put us at a table for 10 outside then told us if we want anything we can go to the bar.
When we went to the bar she rudely rolled her eyes and told us we couldn’t order pizza.

We are well versed in traveling as a group and we understand understaffed, busy and that we are a slightly larger family of diners. These people are flat rude and unwelcoming

We dealt with Anita who made our experience awful. She does NOT belong in customer service. begrudgingly we bought a few bottles before our limo returned but we will never be back. Chelan is wonderful, the people are welcoming and we have a long list of preferred vineyards. However this is not it. Do not include Siren Song as a stop on your Chelan tour

There was one kind person and it was Bradly. He was trying to help but he kept getting told not to. He finally came to take care of us. -thank you Bradley

*We are accused of making the hostess cry which we did not make the hosts cry and we were very easy. We sat patiently, bought bottles to keep it simple and even got our own plates and silverware because we were told to get it ourselves. Absolutely rude and ridiculous.

Absolutely beautiful! Excellent food and service. I recommend the baked brie and pizza. Choose your own flight for an opportunity to taste several wines.

The presentation of the wine was on another level. I liked that you had the option to choose between all red for the tasting or 2 and 2. It was picture perfect plus the place itself is gorgeous with a beautiful arc to take photos.

We’ve been here many times before and had a very nice time enjoying the views. This time unfortunately it was quite different. We showed up for our 6:30 reservation and had to wait for about 20 minutes for our table. As it turned out, our hostess was also the bartender, waitress, and cook. I think she tried her best but unfortunately the service was completely unacceptable. After we put our food order in and waiting for over an hour we decided it was time to give up. We asked to close out our check after our hostess acknowledged that the kitchen had not started on any of our food.

WOW! A 5 Star world-class gastronomic experience in Chelan!

The setting, food, wine, bubbles, and most importantly the hospitality made our visit to Siren Song a memory we’ll never forget. Plus our kids liked it too! Siren Song brings together the great aspects of old world Europe from some of our fave places into a package that is unique and refreshing, artistic and creative, and approachable and warm. While several recognizable regional dishes are on the menu, they are prepared exceptionally, seriously too many to list, order at least one of everything depending on the size of your group - we mostly did! Get the desserts! Their sparkling wine was a big surprise, get a bottle and bubbles will jump out of your glass, a perfect aperitif with the French charcuterie board We got the Europe wine flight and strolled the vineyard a bit to take in the views and see the vines and grapes up-close. The service pushed it to an over-the-top experience for us, we didn’t get our server’s name but she was super on it from great menu recommendations to a positive energy that made us all feel welcome. Please help to put Siren Song on the regional and global map for wineries to visit.

Our server was great and the views were incredible. We had a reservation and no one was at the host stand for about 15 minutes creating a very long line out the door. We then got seated outside (inside was full) and it was 101 degrees outside. They had no fans or ways to provide cooling. A little disappointing given the hype.

We went to this place for the first time. The service is horrible, the waiters are bad, they don't offer anything, they don't ask anything, in other words, it's such a beautiful place and has terrible service. I'm very disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Siren Song Winery and Restaurant, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Nestled in a picturesque location, the ambiance was both charming and sophisticated, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing evening.

One of the standout dishes was the baked Brie with apricot honey. It was an absolute delight! The Brie was perfectly baked to a golden brown, with a creamy, luscious center that melted in your mouth. The apricot honey added a delightful sweetness that complemented the rich, savory cheese perfectly. Paired with fresh, crusty bread, it was an appetizer that set the tone for a truly exceptional meal.

The staff at Siren Song were attentive and knowledgeable, offering excellent wine pairings that enhanced the flavors of each dish. The overall dining experience was top-notch, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home.

I highly recommend Siren Song Winery and Restaurant, especially for their baked Brie with apricot honey. It’s a must-try for anyone looking to indulge in a delicious and memorable culinary experience.
